Over a year after my last appointment here, I received a bill in the mail saying that the balance had been denied by the insurance company.
Upon contacting insurance company, I was told that they had tried to get the correct information from this location, and yet they had refused to comply.
I emailed requesting that they follow up and was told that they would but I still had to make the payment.
I knew very well that they would not follow up, because why take money from insurance when they can take mine, but I paid it to be done with it.
Now, 8 months after I made the full payment online, I received a phone call harassing me and threatening to report me to collections because I didn't pay.
I just arrived at the airport and told them I did pay and I would provide proof to them once I got home. I then received a text message saying they found proof of the payment, and thank you.
A text.
No apology for the harassment and threat. No acknowledgment that their incompetence not only cost me $300 but then gives them the feeling that they can harass people.
I honestly don't care if staff don't have people skills. I'm from the Northeast, and I don't need you to be friendly... I really only need you to be efficient. Apparently, they are neither.

Going to the dentist is never fun. I’ve had a lot of dental work done & I have never felt more comfortable than I do at this office. The women who work here have made me feel validated, reassured and proud of myself for showing up to difficult appointments. From the front staff to the hygienist to the assistants to Dr. Phan, I have had nothing but positive interactions. I have never felt judged, the high level of care provided will keep me as a loyal patient, the compassion of the team is rare! Thank you deeply, I hope you all know what a huge impact you have made in my life.

Amazing staff! I have been going to O’Gara Dental for many years now and have always had the most wonderful experiences. The best treatment every time I go. Never a bad experience with staff, treatment or billing!

I cannot express how life changing this office has been. Dr. Phan made me so comfortable and, considering my previous dental trauma, that’s no easy task. The best part? It’s not just Dr. Phan. All the staff, from hygienists to your general doctor, listen and respond promptly to pain indicators, they come up with comprehensive care plans, they speak with respect, they have a vibe of understanding rather than judgement, they explain everything in detail as they do it, they have amazing turn around time for any type of post-procedure issues, etc. I’ve referred two of my friends to this office and they also have had severe negative experiences in the past. Both of them came out LOVING this office. I cannot express enough gratitude to the ENTIRE staff. Thank you so much everyone!

Best dentists and hygienists I've ever been to!!!
I went in for a cleaning, and from the get-go, I received a warm welcome from the front office and the staff.
