The whole office personnel were very professional and friendly. Everything was explained to me in detail and I decided to have dental implants done. My husband had implants done with. And he talked me into going to Ohana implant Center in Montrose.

I started my experience in 2019. In the beginning i was very impressed with the professional and consideration that was given. I am a Vietnam marine veteran and was given a remarkable discount and great treatment. I was treated with respect and compassion. I left to move to Texas in November of 2019 and had implants installed for my bottom teeth. I was to return in a few months to get my bottom teeth and had a temporary upper plate. When I got back to Colorado to get my lower set of teeth I was told by Dr Ohana that he made a mistake and to make things right he would give me upper implants free of charge. The very next appointment I had I was to get the surgery implants and would get my upper in a few months instead of that I was told that I would have to come up with $6900 to get my teeth and would not get my upper adjusted so I could use them. That was on 2022. I had contacted this Dentist office to get the information to see if I could get some other dentist to get me some teeth I could use to eat. I was told by the dentists I contacted that they couldn't service them. So I came back to Colorado to Get some help to get a way to be able to eat. My upper plate is broken and the lower is not placed right and when I went to Ohana to see if I could get my teeth done and they would get paid for the full amount and I was treated like a lowlife bum. The Dr wouldn't say anything why I was refused treatment and sent his office manager to tell me they didn't want me as a patient after they are the ones that installed them to begin with and they are my temporary teeth. I've lost my smile and can't chew my food and bite my lip all the time. I have had so much psychological and physical problems that keep me from speaking property I can't sing anymore my plate keeps coming out and when I ty to speak I either spit out liquid and my plate gets in the way by eating and I spit them out while talking . Such an embarrassing experience. I tried to talk to them and I was treated like I was doing something wrong by asking them to fix the problem. I was not given any reason why they wouldn't complete my dentures implants. So I just want to say that they don't have any integrity. I told them It would be paid in full. It was never about the money on my part. They would not give me a reason.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly can’t say enough good things about Ohana Dental Implant Centers in Grand Junction, Montrose & Clifton. I’ve always had the worse experience with Dentists, since my childhood. For years (25+ years) my anxiety with seeing a Dentist increased and it affected my mental health until I came across Ohana Dental. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such care and respect—it truly felt like I was part of their family. Dr. Siona Motufau and his entire team are next level. They’re not only incredibly professional, but also genuinely kind, attentive, and compassionate. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in what they do. They never rush you, they explain everything clearly, and they make sure you’re 100% comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out to me is the way they go above and beyond to create a safe and welcoming environment. I always felt heard, valued, and taken care of. And the quality of their work? I highly recommend Ohana. Dr. Siona and his staff are incredible from the ladies at the front desk to everyone in the back. They are all kind, attentive, professional, skilled and made it an all-around amazing experience. You won’t find better care anywhere. You guys truly are the best! Thank you for everything!
