I had a tooth extraction here yesterday, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was pretty nervous going in, but everyone made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
Amber was especially wonderful—she was kind, reassuring, and took the time to make sure I felt at ease. Dr. Edelstein was excellent as well. The procedure was quick, professional, and surprisingly painless. The entire team made sure I was well taken care of throughout the visit.
I highly recommend Ohio Dental Implants & Oral Surgery to anyone needing oral surgery or a tooth extraction. Thank you to the whole team for making what I expected to be a stressful experience such a positive one!

Dr. Shapiro and his team were wonderful. I had a dental emergency and they were able to start the procedure the same day as my consult which I was not expecting to be able to get in so soon. They were very caring and explained everything in detail. Dr. Shapiros assistant went the extra mile to ensure I had a drink, jello and an ice pack for the ride home after a long day at the office. The front desk was super efficient and explained benefits and costs and kept me informed of everything along the way. Everyone had a great "bedside" manner and made me feel comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about my experience, it was great all the way around.

Being pregnant and needing an already very painful wisdom tooth extracted I can’t say I had the most comfortable experience but with that being said they did the best they could and Amber was an absolute BLESSING. I can’t say enough about her. She made me feel so comfortable and assured from the second she said my name in the waiting room to the time she walked me out. She did everything she could to make sure I felt okay and supported. I can’t thank her enough and this place is so lucky to have her on their staff, she just radiates a type of kindness not everyone has these days and I’m so thankful to have had her. The ladies in the front were also so kind and helpful on the phone and in person!

I had a great experience here! They were able to get me scheduled very quickly. When I arrived, I told Amber that I was a little nervous and had some questions. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Edelstein was also wonderful. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He even called the next day to check on how I was doing, which I really appreciated.
The procedure was quick, my recovery was easy, and the entire staff was professional and caring. I highly recommend them!

This office is EXCEPTIONAL. Ironically, I was calling from a Google search to another office to have an extraction of my wisdom tooth and the tooth in front of it. I ended up with this office and it could not have been a better blessing. They were kind, efficient, and the availability was so immediate. They followed up. And made sure that I had all the coverage for my insurance. I knew up front what the out-of-pocket was going to be. Dr. Edelstein and whole staff was OUTSTANDING! The nurses were so patient, gentle and reassuring me. They recognized my anxiety. The most amazing part was that the doctor actually took time to call me later on that evening to check to see how I was doing. I had not had that before and I thought that was just such an excellent personal touch. I would highly recommend this office for any kind of dental work. Amazing!!!!!
