Nothing much to provide. Waited for over 40 mins for my appointment to begin- With no explanation provided. No arguing. Just one question that could not be answered directly. I will not return and do not suggest this office specifically if you identify as minority - (LGBt, Black, non Mormon, Other )

The office staff got me in immediately and I saw Dr. Lewis. He and his medical assistant, Shiela, were wonderful, kind and compassionate. They took care of my immediate dental situation which was not a planned procedure.

Great oral surgeon's. I refer the majority of my oral surgery cases that I don't feel comfortable with to them They took out my son's impacted 3rd molars.

So far, so good! I consulted with Dr Beushausen. He listened patiently to my explanation of symptoms and concerns. He will be doing a small surgical procedure next week. He gave good advice and recommendations. He and his staff were all pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Since I was unable to find many reviews from orthognathic patients I wanted to give mine. I had multiple procedures with Dr. Schneider, including double jaw surgery. For my case specifically, I was aging off of my parents insurance plan (which was In Network) so I was unable to complete orthodontics before having surgery. During my consultation, Dr. Schneider made me aware that because of this, options were a bit limited. Knowing this, I decided to pursue surgery. The plan was executed extremely well and I did not have any complications. During recovery, Dr. Schneider was VERY patient with me as I probably asked him way too many questions. I liked being able to choose my own Sonos station once I got back to a room and the staff was extremely friendly. After my orthognathic surgery, Dr. Schneider was even willing to work with my orthodontist to do a procedure he hadn’t done before so that I did not have to go to a different surgeon that I wasn’t familiar with. I was at ease knowing that I was in good hands again. I saw him for some minor cosmetic procedures afterwards and was extremely pleased with those results as well. 2 areas of improvement: According to Google Timeline I visited the office roughly 20 times and spent an average of 1 hour there. I often sat in the waiting room for a long time. Only 3 of those visits were procedures/pre-op records. Having said that, I was squeezed in for emergency appointments more than once and never felt rushed during any scheduled appointment. That was valuable to me because when consulting with other providers, some DID rush me. Dr. Schneider always gave me time to ask whatever questions I needed to, and always gave thoughtful answers to them. The billing was also frustrating. I am always happy to pay up front but once insurance made payments (mine paid 100% of the allowable amounts), it took a LOT of phone calls to get refunds back. I did eventually get my 1st refund, but gave up on about $800 (which my insurance agreed I should have gotten back), which is a lot of money to me. Having said those 2 things, I would still recommend Dr. Schneider and his team 1000x over (and often do). I later pursued orthodontics and had a revision case planned for further advancement that I was sorry did not work out due to various factors outside of either of our control. There is a reason I kept going back and would still go back today if I needed more work done. Thank you, Ohio’s Center! :) Before/Afters attached (in collaboration with orthodontics and not yet completed)
