I got 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Mendenhall’s team. The staff were so kind and supportive. However, I met with the doctor briefly in my consultation for maybe 30 seconds total and saw him briefly before I was knocked out by anesthesia. Everything went well but I feel more could benefit by a doctor that takes time to know their patients and their concerns more. I felt more like a checklist item than a person who was extremely nervous about the operation. Other than that everything went well. More info on after care would be nice, it was explained briefly to my driver but not necessarily to me since I was out of it in the moment. Maybe just ask before you’re knocked out about all that stuff also! If I could switch to another place, I might have but then again 4 of my wisdom teeth are removed without any complications!

I cannot thank Dr. Carlson and his entire staff enough for the incredible care I received throughout my jaw surgery journey. From my initial consultation to my follow-ups, the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Before the surgery, I was anxious about the procedure, but Dr. Carlson took the time to walk me through every step, explaining the process clearly and answering all my questions with patience and genuine care.
The surgery itself was a complete success. Dr. Carlson's skill and expertise are truly outstanding. The results have been life-changing and the recovery process was much smoother than I anticipated, thanks to the thorough post-operative instructions and the compassionate follow-up appointments.
The entire team deserves recognition. The office staff was always friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable at every appointment.
If you are considering jaw surgery, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Carlson, The combination of expert skill, professionalism, and genuine compassion is rare to find. This was a significant decision for me, and I am so grateful that I was in such capable hands. Thank you for giving me my confidence back!

I can't say enough wonderful things about everyone at this location! My 13 year old had his wisdom teeth out last week. Of course, Dr. Carlson was a rock star on this. He explained everything at our consultation and did an amazing job on my son's surgery! Maggie, the IV technician did a phenomenal job as well! All of the dental assistants took great care of my kiddo, and were very sweet and comforting to him and us. And the front office staff took great care, and helped to answer questions as well. Just an extremely fantastic staff, and I am so grateful to all of them!!

Dr. Carlson did a great job. This place was recommended to me about 2 yrs ago. My oldest son needed his wisdom teeth out. Dr. Carlson did such a great job. I took my other son back there and made sure he had the same doctor. He's very nice and will answer any questions for you/child. The staff is also very nice.

Dr. Carlson did a great job with our son's oral surgery. In addition, the insurance coordinator Cindy Cooper was fantastic! Can't recommend this team enough.
