The Team at Old Oaks Dental are an absolutely AWESOME Team!!! I called their office due to a dental emergency. I had a limited amount of time to work with and they were able to get me in immediately. MY experience with Dr. Dana Varriello and the Team was nothing short of AMAZING!!! Dr. Varriello provided a solution that worked perfectly for me & the entire Team from the time I walked thru the door, were VERY warm, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and engaged. The Team worked extremely well together and everyone who assisted me clearly explained everything and kept me informed along the way. Dr. Varriello did a great job explaining to me options and next steps. It was an enjoyable experience interacting with such a fantastic group of individuals and it absolutely made my day! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Team at Old Oaks Dental and will be using them for my dental needs.
2/5/2026 - ***NEW POST!!!*** Back in December, 2025, I posted a review on my experience with the Old Oaks Dental Team - which was AMAZING!!! Since then I have worked with Dr. Dana Varriello, her assistant Kris & the rest of the Team to address my dental issues identified in December. My continued experience with the Team there has been nothing short of OUTSTANDING!!! Once I decided on the options provided (I chose crowns), Dr. Dana, Kris and the Team did an incredible job of executing every step of the process from start to finish and in a timely manner. Everyone I encountered from the time I walked thru the door, until I left the building were extremely professional and the care and attention was top notch! I am BEYOND HAPPY and EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the final results and my smile is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!
A BIG THANK YOU to the entire Old Oaks Team!!! You ALL are THEE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!

The best experience ever! I cannot recommend Old Oaks enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by my Nickname ( I put my nickname on the onboarding form). The office is incredibly clean, modern and was a very calming atmosphere. Dr Dana and the dental assistants were professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. I’ve finally found a dental office where I feel genuinely cared for.

Ive only been a client for a few months, but Dr Dana is awesome. Ive not met Dr Fax but I do know someone that does and says the same about her. Dr Dana takes the time to explain everything. I highly reccomend Old Oaks

This is the first time I will have ever positively reviewed a dentist!
I am someone with a lot of dental anxiety after a history of awful dental professionals. I hadn't seen a dentist in almost a decade and have multiple different health problems that can affect my teeth, including my jaw being locked partially.
Everyone at the office was so understanding and patient with me. They explained everything as they went and were incredibly kind. They did not judge me once and took everything at my pace.
Thank you to the whole team, especially Bridget who helped me calm down through the whole process. I am so happy to have found this office :)

I'm always asked to leave a review. Ok, here is my review for the billing department. Do better. You're too aggressive. The front office staff thinks they're being professional, but they're really being pushy and disrespectful. It's uncomfortable. I've been with this practice since Dr Dan. I like and trust the clinical staff and they are the only reason I don't leave. Also, 3% for credit card payments?? The dental services are expensive enough. Gone are the days where a patient can receive an invoice. Maybe email invoices to save money on postage?
