I cannot express how unparalleled Dr Gay’s treatment is!I I went to her by a recommendation from a fellow dentistry specialist and in meeting her I knew I struck gold. From the consultation alone, I knew I met an exceptionally bright, outstanding highly educated professional. Her grace and warm nature is only the beginning. She discusses with you the entire process she will take with you, while making you feel you are her only patient. Her one on one skills are phenomenal.
The day I went for my procedure, Dr. Gay immediately noticed another molar, not related to the issue at hand and remarked, “I really do not like the way that extracted molar is healing?” And, I
Did recently in the last month had a molar on the other side of my mouth extracted, by an oral surgeon which was not healing correctly. She immediately noticed the “problem,” and began to correct it by taking an Xray of that extracted area and immediately did some surgery on the affected gum which was in a full blown infection, so basically she corrected another’s mistake before getting to the reason I was there!!! Now, that is exceptional in my view. She surgically fixed the problem lurking at hand and put me on immediate antibiotics. With her exemplary assistant they removed an underlying problem, not of her doing! She then worked on the reason I was there and saved a big molar that on my other side which most certainly would have been removed by any other dental specialist. Dr. Gay is one of a kind. My procedure was complicated, but she saved this big molar due to her talent and excellence. If you have any gum related issues, do yourself a favor and see Dr. Denise Gay. She is the finest specialist I have ever met, and I have seen them all. Thank you Dr Gay for being who you are and for doing what you do!!

Dr Denise Gay of Olde Naples Periodontics is the best periodontist I have ever used (and I have used many). I've been with her for 20 years now. She is kind, gentle and honest about treatment plans. She is concerned about her patient's comfort during procedures and she has a wonderful staff! Highly recommend using her practice! You won't be disappointed.

Back in May2024 my mother did two days surgery that includes extractions and bone grafts which coasted us $8445. All went great.
We were hopping to do implants after bone recovery!
On January 28th 2025 went to our appointment at Dr Gay hoping to start the next big step, Implants.
BUT ; Dr. Gay entered the exam room UN prepared did not know why we were there !?
Didn't look at patient screen info and commented : "That we took her break time "
She was so confused even did not recognized her $445 partial denture?! She asked my mother : who made this?
Mom replied: you did!!!
In less than 5 minutes she was done, With the sales pitch cleaning and cavity recommendation!!
Front charged us $120 for that!!
Well I guess here goes implants denture plans.
I have no idea what went wrong !?
Time to look for a new Periodontics.

Dr. Gay is not only an exceptionally skilled periodontist but also one of the kindest and most professional healthcare providers I have ever encountered. She took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made my procedure seamless and comfortable.
