Everyone I've interacted with here has been very cordial. The receptionist kindly accomodated me as she explained a few questions I had with the patient forms. The surgical assistent (I think her name was Ramie?) occupied the wait time by indulging me with small talk. Dr. Brady was handling my 4-wisdom teeth removal. Despite some of the bad review here, I'd say he performed phenominally. I elected local anesthesia instead of general, and he administered a generous amount of bupivacaine. Waiting for the anesthesia to set took longer than the actual operation. He was quick and precise with each extraction, spending less than 2 minutes per tooth. He phoned me later to ensure I was doing well. I was well provisioned at the end of operation. I was sent home with prescriptions for anti-nausia, hydrocodone, and oral rinse. They provided gauzes, a rinsing syringe, lip balm, and a gel-ice pack free of charge. Ramie warmly explained everything I needed to know: what to eat, where to clean, which actions to avoid, how to apply the gauze, when to dose the meds, etc. By request, I got my extracted teeth in an envelope. I left the facility feeling quite spoiled.

My wife Kay had Dr. Gross for a tongue problem. He gave her the peace of mind of not having cancer. Everyone there is so wonderful. She recommends him to anyone. Thanks, Ray and Kay Jones

This is literally the best dental clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Altman is OUTSTANDING in his practice, the procedure was painless and smooth he absolutely is the best. ALL of the support staff in the front and the back are top notch and smoothed out every single wrinkle before it could even be noticed. I truly could not have asked for a better experience!! They will take great care of you and yours!

My husband had to have emergency surgery and the Dr did a wonderful job and got him relief immediately. Every one in the office were very helpful and are extremely kind and professional. They helped me with insurance claims as well but I cannot express enough how nice they are. Highly recommend.

There should be a secret 6th star that makes all the stars shimmer and glow -- because 5 stars isn't enough. I had a rough go of it with dental work for the better part of a year trying to get my wisdom teeth and another molar removed. Because of complications and severity, I couldn't just go to any dentist and had to see an oral surgeon. There were multiple dramatic roller coasters dealing with dentists and referrals and inept people in the industry. I won't spell it all out here, but I had a lot of poor experiences. Finally, I was able to schedule and afford surgery with OM3. Minimizing the cost was my goal, so my only option was to have the surgery awake and aware with only local anesthetic -- something that gave me serious anxiety for weeks leading up to my surgery. But I was willing to deal with it because it couldn't possibly be as bad as the pain I had been dealing with from my teeth as they were. I didn't entirely know what to expect... But I certainly wasn't expecting to be laughing during my surgery. At one point, they had moved from the right side of my mouth to the left and I attempted to say (with a bite blocker in) "wait, did you already get both of those on top?" and miraculously they understood me and said "yep!" and I still didn't believe them so I held up two fingers and said "really? two?" On a scale of 1-10, the pain was maybe a 3 or 4 at worst and only for a second. Honestly, the jab of the needle for the numbing hurt more than the wrenching on my teeth. I understand that some people have trouble with the noise and the pressure, but it didn't hurt or bother me at all. I feel silly for not remembering the surgical assistant's name. She was so kind, constantly made sure I was comfortable, kept me distracted, set me at ease, warned me about discomfort... Both her and Dr. Kim actually kept me distracted with banter while working quickly. I walked out of the surgery room with a big smile on my face, packed with bloody gauze and ready to take on the world. Dr. Kim called me that evening to check on me and remind me of when to expect more pain. It's been a couple days now and I'm swollen and it's certainly not comfortable but... I could (and have, and will) cry just thinking about how well they took care of me.

About Om3 Oral Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery Mill Creek

OM3 Oral Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery in Mill Creek, WA is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice that provides a full scope of surgical care, including dental implant placement, bone grafting, and All-on-4 full arch treatment. For patients missing teeth or dealing with jaw bone loss, the practice offers implant supported overdentures and All-on-4, sometimes called teeth in a day, along with bone grafting options when there is not enough bone to support an implant on its own. The team uses imaging to evaluate bone structure and create a treatment plan before recommending implants.

Because the practice is staffed by board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons, patients are often referred here by their general dentist for more complex implant and bone grafting cases. The office describes several bone grafting options, including grafts made from the patient's own bone, donor bone, and synthetic substitutes, with the surgeon determining which material fits a patient's needs. The practice also states it is trained in assisting with IV sedation and works with most dental insurance plans, and offers financing options for patients considering treatment.
