I make the 30 min drive out here specifically because they have always offered the best dental experience. It’s worth it every time for me! I currently got my braces done here and so far it’s been a wonderful experience compared to the last time I had braces with a different dental office. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, Jose at the front desk is always so sweet and ready to help! 10/10 will always recommend Omega.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From my very first visit, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. I came in looking for help straightening my teeth, and Lorena was the one who guided me through the beginning of the process. She explained each phase of the treatment in a way that was easy to understand, answered my questions, and made me feel confident about moving forward. One thing that really stood out to me was how clean and hygienic everything was. The office is very well maintained, and you can tell they take great pride in providing quality care. Overall, it has been a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this orthodontic office to anyone looking to improve their smile.

Jose and Samuel have been great. They’re always greeting with a smile. Highly recommend this place as well. Can’t beat the pricing, mainly one of the reasons why I keep coming back. Root canal procedure was done in particular. Great location too!

Omega Dental Specialists is a multi-specialty dental practice located at 106 West Gray Street in Houston's Fourth Ward, between Midtown and Downtown. The practice brings together general dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, endodontists, and prosthodontists under one roof, which allows patients considering dental implants to have consultation, surgical placement, and restoration coordinated in a single location rather than being referred out to separate offices.
For patients missing one tooth or a full arch, the team offers a range of implant options including All-on-4 and full-arch treatment, alongside related services like root canals, periodontal care, and orthodontics for patients who need supporting dental work done first. The practice has built a large base of patient reviews in the Houston area, and its central location near Midtown and Montrose makes it accessible for patients throughout the greater Houston region who are exploring implant treatment.
Dr. Amin Ehsan, DMD, is a prosthodontist with training in cosmetic and implant prosthodontics who practices at this Omega Dental Specialists location. Dr. Mohammad Mohsen Khobyari, DDS, is a dentist at the practice with additional training in dental implantology. Both doctors are listed on the practice's own website and their office address matches this Houston location in independent provider directories.
