I cannot recommend OMS Nashville highly enough. My daughter came home from college for long overdue wisdom teeth surgery. The communication prior to surgery, during and after has been phenomenal. In particular, the care team from start to finish was wonderful. Front reception and billing with Doris, Karen and Carol was so helpful. They checked and re-checked my insurance benefit to reassure we received the maximum amount. They were professional and caring all in the same visit. If considering any type of dental or oral surgery, I would definitely put yourself in the caring hands of OMS.

My primary dentist referred me to Dr. Wicke to evaluate an unusual spot on my gum. Dr. Wicke examined me and carefully walked me through what he thought it might be and helped me determine whether or not I wanted to pursue a biopsy. In the end, I opted for a biopsy, which came back with a good outcome. Dr. Wicke sat down with me and walked me through the pathology report so that I understood what it said in plain English. I was at Dr. Wicke’s office on three occasions. In addition to Dr. Wicke, I worked with both Ali who assisted with the biopsy, and Kasey. Everyone I encountered at OMS Nashville was very nice and very helpful. I would definitely go there in the future if necessary.

First I can't go anywhere without someone asking am I related to someone... Well that's what happened to me by the beautiful Angel who is literally an Angel she was very friendly and helpful and broke things down for understanding. God love her! Bad part she knows my sister Shaun 😂 jk. Oh yea, I came in to have wisdom teeth taken out all 4! Anyway on to The Dr. Andy Wicke..BABY WHEN I SAY THAT MAN IS FINE HE IS FINE!!! DON'T STARE INTO HIS EYES, it's a trap! No but all around professional and very encouraging that all will be fine even in the midst of worry. I'll be back just to visit after my big appointment 😁 😉😜 Extractions can be done anytime with Dr. Wicke and the crew. Madison, she is the emotional support I never knew I needed. Her heart is so gentle and she's a lover, sweet as can be, kept me calm and good conversation was had. My boy Ali comes through every time with the needed supplies and orders and directives. This place gets better and better and the music choice is top tier. 😉 Welp I go back for my follow up on Thursday, hopefully I obey the rules and I'm healing properly 😁

I just want to say how wonderful Dr. Cone & his assistant Kasey was to my mom during her surgery! From the moment we walked into the office we had a great experience. Autumn & Addie welcomed us with a smile & was very helpful. We would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to Dr. Cone & Kasey for making my mom feel like family, very comfortable & going above & beyond for her. She is 81 yrs old & we appreciate the patience & the loving care you showed to her! We highly recommend Dr. Cone, Kasey & this office! Thanks again & God bless each of you & your family! Dr. Andy Wicke and his team at OMS are absolutely the best! His professionalism and patient care are beyond reproach. Today makes my fifth procedure he has performed, three extractions and two implants. Dr. Wicke immediately puts you at ease, explains the entire process, but most importantly he provides positive an experience. I can honestly say I have never had any post surgery pain or complications. I couldn’t give a better recommendation! Thank you Dr. Wicke.
