I had to have a lot of work done, and I am very very glad I chose this group to give me a new beautiful smile. Dr. John Cohen did an excellent job with the implant surgeries, and Dr. Sean Goel has done all the rest--with patience, expertise, and the highest of standards. The office staff are warm, cheerful, thoughtful and very attentive. I simply cannot recommend these dentists and this staff highly enough. My experience here has absolutely amounted to 5 star quality, and I am tremendously glad I selected these professionals for my dentistry.

I can't say enough good things about this place! All the women that work the front desk area are phenomenal. Friendly, helpful, resourceful, and kind.
I hadn't been to a dentist in quite a while because I just wasn't comfortable. I randomly found this place and the minute I reached out, they returned my call, answered all my questions, and 2 days later I was in the office getting things done. They have kept me informed every step of the way! I had new teeth just in time for my vacation and the process was smooth. The dentist is super kind and answered everything. I highly recommend this place to anyone unsure of where to go. You will not be disappointed! I am forever grateful to Augustina, Teresa, Carmen, and Joanna!

I’m beyond fed up with the way I’ve been treated by the manager, Carmen, at this dental office. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in customer service skills. I honestly don’t understand how someone with such poor communication abilities is qualified to be managing a dental practice.
Just last week, I called the office to inform them of a scheduling conflict and to reschedule my appointment. What should have been a simple, routine conversation quickly turned into Carmen yelling at me as if I were a child. Her behavior was completely out of line and uncalled for.
This isn’t my first negative experience with her either—I actually left this office once before because of Carmen’s attitude, and unfortunately, it looks like nothing has changed. I’m currently waiting to hear back from the owner, as I want to personally share how unacceptable the service was.
At this point, I’m strongly considering leaving this dental office permanently. There are plenty of dental practices where my time, money, and basic dignity will be respected. Carmen acts like she owns the place, and frankly, her arrogance and lack of professionalism reflect very poorly on the business as a whole. I truly hope the actual owner steps in and trains her on how to properly manage a business and interact with customers.
Save yourself the frustration—I would not recommend this place as long as Carmen is involved in managing it.

About One Stop Implants
One Stop Implants, located at 11005 Firestone Boulevard in Norwalk, California, provides dental implant treatment ranging from single tooth replacement to full mouth All-on-X restorations and zygomatic implants for patients with significant bone loss. The practice keeps the consultation, 3D imaging, surgery, laboratory work and final restoration all under one roof, with its own in-house dental lab used for planning and building restorations rather than sending work out to an outside laboratory.
For patients considering implants, the practice notes that single implants start at $2,395, including the abutment and a zirconia crown, with additional procedures such as extractions, bone grafting or sedation priced separately and given in writing before treatment begins. Because the lab is on site, a temporary restoration can often be fitted the same day implants are placed. The practice also treats patients who have been told they lack enough bone for implants, offering grafting or zygomatic implants as alternatives depending on what a 3D scan shows.
Meet the Doctors
The practice's clinical team includes Dr. John Cohen, DDS, who focuses on implant surgery and has placed over 2,000 implants, Dr. Soheil Goel, DDS, who works in cosmetic reconstruction, root canal therapy, full mouth reconstruction and implant restorations, Dr. Sean Goel, DDS, who practices general implant dentistry, and Dr. David Lotfi, DDS, who focuses on minimally invasive dentistry and saving natural teeth. According to the practice, complex cases are reviewed together by the team rather than handled by a single clinician.
