The team at Open Door Family Dentistry, Central Point, were so nice and fun to chat with. From Nicole at the front desk to my Assistant, whose name I forgot, sorry, was so efficient and her X-ray taking skills were on point. Dr. Martin was kind complimentary and down to earth. Loved my hygienist, again spacing on her name but awesome chat about reading and her love for hygiene and the clinics she works for. They got me in same day within 6 hours of calling for a new patient exam. Sweet group of ladies! I look forward to building connections here! Thank you so much for making me feel welcome even at the end of the day!

I am so grateful for Open Door. What an amazing experience. They were able to see me same day for a root canal and cleaning. They did a fantastic job and all throughout the process I got the feeling that they truly cared about my dental health and that I was more than just a number to them. I would highly recommend Open Door Family Dentistry to anyone who is looking for a dentist. What an amazing team.

After Dr Nelson at Central Point Family Dentistry casually blew off my check up while in braces he recommended and Mandy told me it was no big deal because I was in Dr Wests care, I fired him. Because it was, in fact, a BIG deal. Dr Nelson fired my son seemingly in retaliation. In the trauma of finding out Dr West had destroyed my jaw and it was not in fact no big deal to skip my check up, I lost track of my sons dental needs. In a hurry and a couple months late I tried this office. They got him right in and he was able to walk from school which was the convenient thing about Nelsons office but not necessary as he was easily replaceable and at the same price. My son said the staff was great, the visit was comfortable and there was no sign of the cavities Dr Nelson said he was getting. My son has naturally perfect teeth and has never had a cavity. Thank you for taking care of him and making his first solo visit no big deal!

I had to go in today for an emergency appointment, I needed an abscess drained. Every single staff member was amazing, polite, even helped keep my children distracted when they got antsy. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a dentists office dr Demille was through answered all my questions and got my prescriptions and referrals to me before I was even ready to walk out the door. I will definitely be coming back
