From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly caring and compassionate. You can truly feel how passionate they are about their patients and the work they do. If you’re looking for a dental office where the team genuinely cares about you, this is the place. I’m especially thankful for Allison—she is an absolutely amazing woman who made the entire experience so much better. Highly recommend

Dr Owens and his team for that matter might be the most gentle people I’ve ever come across. I know I’ve been nothing but problems since I’ve started this implant endeavor and they’ve showed me nothing but grace and compassion. If you need work done and are scared like me THIS IS WHERE YOU GO

Optima Dental Surgery Center is great! From the start calling Ashley to make the appointment. She was super helpful in making sure we had everything I needed to have a successful first visit. Upon our arrival we met with Allison who was so kind and great at explaining the treatment plan and putting us at ease for my procedure tomorrow! We also met with the surgeon who answered all our concerns. My wife had 2 implants done a couple of years ago and she has had no problems! I highly recommend Optima Dental!

I had an exceptional experience at Optima Dental Surgery Center. From the moment I reached out, Claudia made scheduling my appointment effortless--she was friendly, efficient, and made sure I felt taken care of right away. When I arrived, Darla guided me through the privacy forms and health history paperwork. She was patient, thorough, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Next, I met with Allison, who took my x-rays and provided a clear, detailed treatment itemization. Dr. Owens performed my examination and provided an in-depth consultation on dental implants. The oral surgery team — Conner and Adriel — were absolutely excellent! The level of care and professionalism stood out. Connor made sure I was comfortable and fully informed, which helped ease any nerves. Conner and Adriel performed superbly as a team, working with precision, confidence, and great communication throughout the entire procedure. They took their time, explained what they were doing, and made sure I understood my aftercare instructions so my recovery could go smoothly. Every team member I interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and dedicated to excellent patient care. I highly recommend Optima Dental Surgery Center!

This is my personal opinion based on my experience with this dental clinic. When I called them, the staff did not behave professionally. They were rude when I asked simple questions, and they hung up on me during the call. After that, they transferred me directly to voicemail instead of assisting me properly. Even though I also sent them an email, the situation did not improve. What concerned me the most was that they attempted to pressure me into removing my previous comment by offering to give me information about my mother. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
