I had a really great experience with the team at Optimum! One of my wisdom teeth decided to suddenly cause shooting pain through the right side of my face and they were able to see me immediately after a quick call from my dentist. I needed to have two wisdom teeth removed and I was in and out of the office in about 30 minutes. Dr Chad and team were very kind and made me feel at ease while they were yanking out my two teeth. The teeth came out without any complications and recovery has been great!

Amanda and DrChad are truly an amazing team together and eased my anxiety so much during my tooth extraction and implant. Amanda was so sweet greeting me that day and so kind and patient answering every question I had so professional and accurate. Dr Chad was so comforting, informative, caring,knowledgeable and gentle the entire time from my initial meeting/consult with him to then the end of the procedure. I was very nervous going in there that day and my experience with both Amanda and DrChad was amazing and I would highly recommend anyone to see them if needed!!

Excellent experience with getting 3 wisdom teeth extracted! Wonderful staff kept me at ease and Dr. Chad was knowledgeable and willing to answer every question. The staff at the desk are very kind and very helpful! Im recovering very comfortably and I can’t thank this office enough!

The people in the office were very nice and efficient. The surgeon I say was the worst. I sat in the chair for at least 30 minutes before he saw me, and no one bothered to apply topical anesthetic before he came in. He administered 5 injections, 3 of which were extremely painful. He did not take his time, all were administered in less than 1 minute which has resulted in a great deal of postoperative pain. The extractions themselves were easy...both teeth were already loose. I am retired, but spent my first 15 years if employment working for prosthedontists, periodontists and oral surgeons. I know how things should be done. The treatment I recieved from this man was barbaric at best. He has a lot to learn. I sure hope he does.

I highly recommend Optimum Oral Surgery - I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Masi, and overall it was a great experience all the way from the initial phone call to post-operation. The team was able to fit my appointment in on short notice which I greatly appreciate. I believe I spoke with Danielle and Bianca over the phone - both went the extra mile in answering all of my questions.
