Dr Chris Hackett was the best surgeon I’ve ever had. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and was very friendly! He is also GREAT at putting an IV in, extremely quick and painless. He is extremely talented and I trusted him completely during my surgery. The extraction went great this morning and he kept a close eye on me! I had a wonderful experience getting my wisdom teeth out, and would 100% recommendation Dr Hackett to anyone needing facial/wisdom tooth surgery! I am very pleased. He is wonderful! 😊

OMG I was terrified this morning to have a tooth extracted. Dr. Chris Hackett is THE BEST. He made sure I was ok every step of the procedure. He explained what he was going to do and when he was doing it he made sure I was ok. Always asking if I was ok and if I needed him to stop so I could rest. I would give him more than five stars if possible. Thank you so much. 😊

If I could give a 100 star review, I would.
I was seen early this month by a dentist that couldn't pull my chipped and Infected tooth. They referred me to an oral surgeon. The oral surgeon made an appointment for me in May. At the time my tooth wasn't bothering that much. Last Friday my mouth was swollen and my mouth aching, I called another Oral surgeon, Oral and Facial Surgery. I explained my problem and made an appointment for me first thing Monday morning. I went in a little nervous but Dr. Christopher Hackett made me feel comfortable. He knew how much pain I was in. From his staff to himself I couldn't have asked for Top notch care.
He talked to me about the procedure to making sure I was OK. I was so glad to meet him and Hagerstown is so lucky to have him too. Thank you Dr. Hackett and your staff.

Dr.Chris is phenomenal!! Very professional and kind hearted.Chris talked with me through the entire time of my extraction.You are amazing along with your team You went well above and beyond expectations! Thank you for being so wonderful. Great team and office manager.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would… Tina the receptionist is rude beyond belief. She doesn’t allow you to finish your sentences. When you ask any question it is an inconvenience and she’ll cut you off mid sentence before allowing you to finish. It’s her job to get my insurance information if I don’t have all the details about coverage but she made certain that I did her entire job for her by calling my provider. Took me 1 hour to fill out 15 min paperwork because she kept sending me back to call my provider for information she should have gotten on my behalf. Dr Kramer will be losing my business and as I’ve read the reviews of others he will be losing plenty of other peoples business because of Tina the rude receptionist. Pam was alright but Tina definitely ruined my entire experience that not even the seeet Dr. Kramer could turn around. I’d advise that you to call before you go in to get a taste of Tina’s absolutely terrible customer service skills. Dr Kramer i hope you read these reviews…. I will be canceling my scheduled appointment here because I know she would get paid out of it. I hope you find a way to get rid of Tina, as I myself am a business owner and if I heard how she treated clients I’d make certain she was never there to run off paying clients. When I asked her if they had financing she said no we don’t when I asked Dr Kramer he was much more polite and told me my options butTina had to make it a point that they absolutely don’t she only wanted to find ways to be the most unhelpful person in the room. I don’t know what’s caused her to be this way but as you can see in plenty of previous reviews she is certainly the worst experience about this place
