I have no idea why they say its like pulling teeth when doing something difficult, having dr. Dingman pull my broken tooth was a piece of cake! Ive always had a fear of dental work since i was a kid, hence the broken tooth.. but the support staff here as well as the doctor really help you feel more comfortable. Its kinda crazy that getting my tooth pulled by an oral surgeon was a better experience than the basic dental exam i got before coming here. Ill definately be using Dr. Dingman for all the future work I need done!

The Doctor was very friendly, extremely professional. Explained everything very well,listened quietly, reviewed all my options and added details that answered all my concerns. He explained the surgical procedure, how to prepare for it,and all the questions I had for post surgery. His staff was polite, friendly, and professional. Going to the Doctor and Dentist is not on my list of favorite things to do, however being in good health is.Being treated like a real human being with real concerns and dignity instead of a 15 minute cash cow that is one of many lined up in the days chute makes one really appreciate fine doctors and staff! In short, Outstanding! Thank you Dr. Dingman and staff!

I saw Dr. Dingman in December because my regular dentist was concerned that a abnormal looking place in my mouth might be malignant. This was a very simple procedure compared to some of the very complicated ones that he does. As it turned out it was benign. However, until the pathology report came in, that didn't stop me from worrying about it. Throughout this time. Dr Dingman was extremely kind and empathetic. I just had the follow-up appointment. No further treatment is needed. He encouraged me to come back anytime that I had any concerns. I am absolutely sure that if I ever have an extremely complicated issue that needs treatment, he is the one that I would trust completely.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Dingman, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Dingman was very professional and made me feel comfortable about the procedure. Daisy and Abby were fantastic — they helped calm my nerves before anesthesia and walked me through every step so I knew exactly what to expect. The whole team made the process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons of Northern Arizona to anyone needing oral surgery!
