I had a follow-up checkup after my dental implant with Dr. Michael K. Goldstone at Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Implant Specialists of Middlesex, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
Dr. Goldstone truly has golden hands. He is extremely skilled, gentle, and very thoughtful with his patients. What impressed me the most was his honesty and integrity. I asked if I needed a second implant, and after a careful exam he told me it was not necessary, which saved me a significant amount of money. How many doctors today would think about the patient’s health and pocket first instead of recommending more procedures? That level of professionalism and ethics is rare.
The entire staff is also wonderful — professional, friendly, organized, and very helpful. The office runs smoothly and you feel well taken care of from the moment you walk in.
It is truly refreshing to find a doctor who combines exceptional surgical skill with honesty, kindness, and genuine care for patients. I highly recommend Dr. Michael K. Goldstone to anyone looking for an excellent oral surgeon and dental implant specialist in Middlesex County.

Dr. Goulston was AMAZING from the consultation to when he extracted my tooth. His beside manner is stellar!
Explaining everything in detail and put my mind at ease. He was so quick and efficient I didn’t even realize he extracted my tooth! The staff is outstanding! Melissa & Sovie made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that everything would be quick & it was! They are the best!Also, thank you to Ellen.
Dr. Goulston personally called me to see how I was doing, what a wonderful caring person!
He is the best oral surgeon and I would 100% recommend him!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Goulston! He is the best oral surgeon I’ve experienced. I’ve had my fair share of experience with dental issues and have been with several offices. Finally met with the perfect surgeon! Did my implant on molar today, not one bit of pain, completed the procedure in 15 mins.

My experience with Dr. Goulston and his entire staff was 11/10! I was referred to Dr. Goulston by my dentist as I need to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed. As someone who has never had any dental procedures aside from routine cleanings, I was very nervous and Dr. Goulston was able to ease my fears. I was in and out of the office the day under one hour on the day of my procedure! I didn’t even realize my wisdom teeth had been removed as I felt no pain, which I was very anxious about in the beginning!
I also want to say that all the staff I came across were so kind and patient! Huge shout out to theme for keeping the office running so well!
