Great group of associates.
They made room for me to get an emergency extraction and were all very nice.
I've also brought my autistic son to have two wisdom teeth removed and everyone was very kind and patient.

Don’t go here if you’re anxiety prone!!!! The doctor isn’t empathetic or understanding of anxiety and doesn’t respond well if you start to get anxious. I planned on being asleep the whole time but during the surgery I was needed to be woken mid surgery due to my heart rate slowing. I woke mid surgery so scared and anxious with no clue why I was awake while they were still drilling in my mouth. I became super anxious, because I planned on never being awake. The doctor had zero experience dealing with anxiety and only heightened my panic by saying “just calm down!!” With no clear explanation of why I was now awake mid procedure. I felt like I was yelled at. I was so confused, scared, and never felt understood or like I knew what was going on. Everything up until then I felt very informed and comfortable- I just feel they should be more understanding and informed around anxious prone people and how to respond and inform better on what is going on if plans need to change mid surgery and how when waking someone up and make sure they know what is happening.

The staff was awesome, they really put my mind at ease considering it was my first oral surgery. The drive wasn't bad at all either, planned it just right and made a stop at the Outlets for some off-hours, low-crowd holiday shopping too!

Had a broken tooth and the beginnings of an infection. They got me in immediately after my primary dental appointment. Answered all of my questions and took my concerns seriously. Great team of people!

Dr. Scott Conner is so personable, fantastic bedside manner, knowledgeable and confident. Gives options and time to process. Takes his time. Nurse was super nice and patient with questions. Financial staff also super nice and was incredibly thorough in her explanation of the billing before we even booked the procedures. Excellent experience - highly recommend!
