I had 4 wisdom teeth removed, I was told they were all erupted by my dentist that referred me. The dental surgeon and nurse told me before I left that I didn’t need to worry about the impaction part of their fact sheet because I didn’t have impacted teeth. I got billed for 2 as impacted, which made a difference of $290 on my bill. I called billing and was told there’s nothing I can do. Also ended up with a nice hematoma in my cheek that lasted over a week.

I just got them done on thursday, and had to be hospitalized due to too much roughness. My face swelled so bad I wasn’t getting good oxygen nor could I move my face. I have massive bruises, and am now on extra medication. I’ve had 13 teeth pulled and never experienced so much pain. ER doctors were not impressed neither am I or my family. Good staff, but definitely didn’t accommodate my cleft palate. Also tried to give me amoxicillin when I’m deathly allergic, and that’s charted. For how long I had to wait for the procedure I’m not very impressed.

Dr. Menghini and staff are wonderful. Had tooth extraction and bone grafting in preparation for an implant, and then the implant itself. I would do it all over again if the need should arise. Thank you to Dr. Menghini and staff! I appreciate you! Deb O.

Dr.Anderson was polite and professional; she extracted two wisdom teeth quickly and painlessly and 'post-op' pain is easily managed by ibuprofen and tylenol. The staff was polite and efficient and the clinic was clean.

Super fast and professional, top notch all around. These guys can extract a tooth out in under ten minutes that would take a dentist literally hours to pull. And that is not an exaggeration!

About Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates is an oral surgery practice serving Minnesota patients from three offices in Brainerd, Little Falls, and Bemidji. The Bemidji office is located at 3201 Pine Ridge Avenue Northwest. The surgeons practice the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal, and they also diagnose and treat facial pain and facial injuries. Dental implants and bone grafting are a core part of the practice, and the website describes implants as a foundation for replacement teeth that look, feel, and function like natural teeth.
For patients considering implants, the practice's website covers replacing a single missing tooth, replacing all upper or lower teeth, bar attachment dentures, the Teeth-in-an-Hour approach, and bone grafting procedures such as sinus lifts, ridge augmentation, and socket preservation to prepare the jaw for implant placement. Other services include tooth extractions, oral pathology, treatment of impacted canines, and anesthesia, with staff trained to assist with intravenous sedation in the office. The practice accepts CareCredit financing and publishes patient registration forms, insurance and financial policy information, and pre- and post-surgical instructions online. The Bemidji office can be reached at (218) 759-1755.
