This office is EXCEPTIONAL! The office staff is very friendly and cordial and Dr Cruz is AMAZING! I’ve had many surgeries in the past and not one Dr ever called me personally to see how I was doing post surgery, Dr Cruz called me a few hours after my procedure and I didn’t know the number so I didn’t answer he left a voicemail and called again before the night was over. He wanted to ensure I was fine and not having any complications. Best Service Ever! I will definitely be recommending him!

I was referred to Dr. Cruz on Monday and immediately got an appointment for the following day! Now that's what I call service while caring for his patients.
When I arrived, the receptionist was prepared for my arrival. The nurse was also prepared and very knowledgeable. The doctor examined me and explained what to expect. I am extremely satisfied.

This is my second visit with Dr. Cruz for an extraction. I suffer from dental anxiety and he and his staff really do make you feel at ease.
They ask the same questions multiple times - which means they are very thorough in their treatment assessment.
He’s a genuinely good person. He’s personable and approachable and calls PERSONALLY the same day as the procedure to check on you.
It really is crazy to me that he is not the most referred oral surgeon. I received a list of 6, and he was not even highlighted. I had been to him before and decided to stick with him and I’m so glad I did. If you don’t care for that personable approach, then by all means, I’m sure anyone your dentist refers could “do the job”.

Excellent treatment from the receptionist all the way to the doctor. I have been to other specialist like Mr. Cruz, but I have never felt as comfortable and relaxed as I did with him and his staff. He attended to me at the set appointment time. He explained step by step and he also called me in the evening on the same day to check on me.

The office was very efficient. They were friendly and answered most of my questions. They took very good care of me and i very much appreciated the effort Dr. Cruz does in calling to ask how im doing. I felt taken care of.

Dr. Cruz earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Francisco Marroquin University in 1989, completed his specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and then completed a one-year fellowship in cranio-maxillofacial surgery in Melbourne, Australia. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association, the Texas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Texas Dental Association, and the Rio Grande District Dental Society, among other professional organizations.
