From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My wisdom teeth removal went smoothly, and the entire team was professional and caring. I had no swelling or pain after my procedure. Both of my siblings extracted wt with Dr. Cardenas as well and had the same experience. We truly appreciate the great service from Dr.Cardenas he is a great oral surgeon I will recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Cardenas and staff were GREAT! Extracted all 4 wisdom teeth for my daughter, and everything went perfectly. The nurses and staff also were awesome and made my daughter very comfortable. Healed perfectly and would definitely recommend!

I recently had all four of my impacted wisdom teeth removed at Oral Facial Center, and I can't recommend this practice highly enough—it's truly exceptional from start to finish. For over 25 years, I delayed this procedure because I was terrified it would be extremely painful and the recovery would be brutal. I couldn't have been more wrong. The entire experience was incredibly smooth, and the surgery itself was painless thanks to IV sedation and technique. Dr. Cardenas is outstanding—one of the best oral surgeons out there. His skill level is top-tier; based on my personal results, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my mouth going forward. He handled my horizontally impacted teeth with precision, and the outcome exceeded every expectation. The staff is phenomenal and genuinely caring. Glennys, the patient coordinator, was on top of everything—she got my insurance approved lightning-fast, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was just a pleasure to work with every step of the way. The two assistants/techs, Dayanira (I might be spelling that wrong) and Lady, were the sweetest and most nurturing people imaginable. They constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and felt good before anything started. Dayanira even called me the day after surgery for a personal follow-up to see how I was doing and address any concerns—talk about going above and beyond! I opted for the additional PRF on all four sockets and bone graft on the lower two, and I'm so glad I did. The pricing was very reasonable, and what I appreciated most was that they suggested it without any pressure or scare tactics whatsoever. No hard sell—just honest recommendations, unlike stories I've heard from other places. My recovery was shockingly easy. Pain was basically nonexistent—the most intense it ever got was a 2/10, and that only happened because I delayed taking my meds while trying to wean off them quickly. As soon as I took the prescribed combo (800mg ibuprofen + 1000mg acetaminophen), the discomfort vanished immediately. I had minimal swelling in my face, which surprised me after seeing all those YouTube videos of people looking puffy/bruised for days. My healing was faster and smoother than nearly every recovery story I watched online. I was skeptical that acetaminophen and ibuprofen alone would cut it without stronger meds, but to my pleasant surprise, they were more than enough! If you're considering wisdom teeth removal or any oral surgery, do yourself a favor and go to Oral Facial Center. The combination of Dr. Cardenas's expertise, the warm and attentive staff, and such an easy recovery makes this place the gold standard. Five stars aren't enough—thank you for making a procedure I dreaded for decades into a positive, life-improving experience!

Friendly and professional staff starting with Erick front desk. Syalis the Dental Assistant and Dr. Cardenas answered all my questions at the time of the consultation. On my following visit the procedure of a rupture root canal was completed painlessly. All post-operative instruction were clearly explained and provided on paper. I highly recommend Oral Facial and their staff to any person that has anxiety going to the procedure of oral surgery.

Such a great office! I was absolutely terrified to have my wisdom teeth extracted, when I tell you I felt 0 pain afterwards and healed in about a week I am not even exaggerating..it’s been about 5 months and i am still so grateful I came to this office, the doctor and staff were all very reassuring and kind before and after the procedure! you will be in great hands with the care at this office!
