Dr. Herrod was good, I received a thorough examination and treatment for a painful salivary stone . He was compassionate, understanding and communicated well with me. He also prescribed antibiotics which greatly improved my pain and discomfort. I only find fault in that their office doesn't have a network of referrals set up to send people to for removal of stones that don't involve removing the entire salivary gland. I was flying solo so to speak to find someone. Ultimately on my own I found a Head and Neck surgeon who would remove just the stone. It would have been nice if their office said "we don't do that here but let s have you speak to so and so who does". Seems like the entire dental/medical community are out for themselves instead of focusing on patient care and positive results. The whole system is a sad reflection of our country's health care. That being said I would still recommend them and will refer if the opportunity arises.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the kind and good people at the Plantation location. They are warm, caring and really made me feel at ease. I am a big baby and they treated me like I was the only patient there. Dr. Friedman takes his time and is very compassionate, every assistant I have had the pleasure to meet was an absolute joy. Thank you so much!

Dr. Herrod was WONDERFUL!!! He extracted my wisdom tooth and a molar at the same time. When the anesthesia wore off. I felt no pain at all. I slept like a baby that night. Sergio, Florencia, and Cristie were all so helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Oral Facial Reconstruction for any dental needs.

Oral Facial Care is hands down the best place to have surgery. I had all four wisdom teeth removed here, and healed in under a week with no complications. The team is organized, kind, and genuinely caring. My surgeon—calm, precise, and very reassuring—made me feel safe from consult to post-op, and the nurses were just as exceptional. Every concern was addressed, the follow-up was smooth, and I was even praised for how well I was healing. If you’re nervous about surgery, this is the place to go. And to Dr. Alvarez: steady hands, impeccable timing, and that effortless warmth—appreciated more than you know.

Very professional facility in the Plantation office! They are prompt with returning calls! Sergio, Mia and Christie are kind, helpful and make you feel welcomed and comfortable while waiting on the most professional Dr. Kurt Friedman! He was one of the few doctors that would to trigger injections for TMJ/TMD covered by my insurance! What A blessing and great experience and I would highly recommend this facility for any of your oral needs! Satisfied!
