Dr. Pathak and his team were very professional and efficient. I had been delaying getting the necessary surgery to get an implant for quite some time due in part to the fear from when I originally had that tooth extracted by another physician. The procedure was seamless and with minimal discomfort. I truly appreciate his calm spirit and thoroughness!

My dentist has noticed a dark brown spot on the inside of my cheek and recommended me to see Dr Sandeep Pathak at Oral and Facial Surgery Associates office. They made the appointment for me over the phone and told me that I should receive a call from the doctor's office the same day to confirm the appointment and get details of my insurance. In about 10 minutes I received a call from them. With the information from them, I was able to submit a new patient application form online. Which I must add was very easy to fill out and submit. I then emailed the copies of my insurance cards yo them. The next day I went for the appointment and the front office staff that checked me in were very pleasant and professional. Within minutes of checking in, I was led to the back office to get my vitals checked. Soon after that I had an x-ray done and then led to the office. Within minutes of sitting in the patient chair Dr Patak came and consulted with me. He checked out the issue in question and we agreed to a biopsy to ensure the spot was nothing to be concerned about. The whole experience with Dr Pathak and his staff was very pleasant. The doctor has excellent bedside manners and explained things so well, that it made sense. I am so happy that my dentist recommended this office for my procedure. Thank you Dr Pathak and all of the office staff for such excellent care.

I am completely satisfied with the quick response, pleasant tone of customer service, knowledgeable staff, and comfort provided to me and my mother during her time of need. The care that was provided knowing she has dementia was greatly appreciated . I felt that my mom was in good hands with all the staff present . Thank you to everyone for making a very nervous moment for me and my mom a calmer experience.

Top notch oral surgeon. Dr. Gardner is the best. Professional and caring. He explains all procedures in detail, communicates fully and listens to your concerns. My go-to guy for any dental surgery.

I had a great time. Dr. Gardner and his staff are filled with positive, enthusiastic energy. I had two implants the same day at 10:00 AM. The procedure started on time with local anesthesia, lasted under twenty minutes, and drove home with a goodie bag of post-op supplies. No pain and was back eating dinner the same evening.
