They took good care of me. They let me know what they were doing and why so nothing came as a surprise. Dr. Taliaferro told me what to expect when administering the numbing and made sure I couldn't feel anything sharp before operating. I got to stay awake with local anesthesia. It felt pretty quick. They also have post-op care instructions on their website so you don't have to scramble to remember when you're recovering.

I am a general dentist, and I wanted Dr. Collier to treat my son for his wisdom tooth extractions. When it comes to my baby, I wanted only the best, and that鈥檚 what we got! It was a comfortable, positive experience!

Great service! The surgeon , Dr Tyson Marrs listened to my concerns answered any concerns and questions I had. He completed the surgery in a very prompt, and professional manner! And I might add, painlessly ! The staff at the Olathe clinic were efficient and friendly! After the surgery, the surgeon and staff explained my after care and said they would follow up to see if I was doing ok and had any questions! I highly recommend OFSA ( Oral & Facial Surgery Associates. 5 *鈥檚 for me!

About Oral & Facial Surgery Associates - Olathe
Oral & Facial Surgery Associates in Olathe is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgery practice that treats patients referred by their general dentists for a range of procedures, including dental implants. The office is located at 1441 East 151st Street, Suite 4, in south Olathe, serving patients from Olathe, Overland Park, Lenexa, Gardner, and Spring Hill. For patients missing one or more teeth, dental implants are placed directly into the jawbone and are designed to look and function like natural teeth, offering a permanent alternative to bridges or dentures.
The practice's approach to implants includes bone grafting when needed to rebuild the jaw before placement, since adequate bone density is important for a successful outcome. Sedation options, including nitrous oxide and IV sedation, are available for patients who feel anxious about surgery, and the clinical team monitors patients throughout the procedure. Patients meet with a treatment coordinator after their consultation to review the full treatment plan and discuss insurance and payment options before moving forward.
Meet the Doctors
