Top-notch experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The surgeon took the time to explain every step of the procedure, which made me feel completely at ease. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the attention to detail was impressive. Recovery was quicker than expected thanks to the clear aftercare instructions and support. If you’re looking for skilled, compassionate oral surgery, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Very professional, I was nervous due to my procedure I was having was my first time. They put me at ease, everyone was so nice making me comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Bays and his staff were great. Everything went just as it was supposed to and I didn’t feel a thing! Whew! I highly recommend them, if and when I need them again I will return, no doubt. Thank you Dr.Bays and staff for taking good care of me.

DR. BRAD BURNETT is great. Kind and took the time to address all of my concerns. He answered all my questions. Discussed the outcome and gave a clear idea of what the outcome would be of different options. I was not pressured to make a decision about one treatment or another. I highly recommend him.
His office staff is wonderful, very helpful, and took care of details.
His nursing staff is absolutely top notch. Oral surgery is not a walk in the park, but a superb staff makes it so much easier.
I love this office and everyone there! If you need this kind of work, this is the BEST place to go!

I really lucked out being referred to Dr. Burnett. I am terrified of dentist, but let me tell you this was by far the easiest and comfortable experience. Dr. Burnett and his entire staff made me comfortable. He explained everything thoroughly before doing anything. I went in, was put under anesthesia, had a nice nap, woke up with 3 wisdom teeth gone and was sent on my way. Take your meds and you will be fine. Hardest thing for me right now is not drinking from a straw. Really the scariest part for me was waiting in the waiting room until it was my turn. 100% would definitely recommend!

I was very nervous about having to get all 4 wisdom teeth extracted in my upper 40’s. Dr. Bays and his staff were so patient and kind with answering all my questions and making sure my mind was put at ease and that I was as comfortable as possible. I felt very well-informed about how to handle recovery and so far, 24 hours in, it seems to be going very well. Very thankful for Dr. Bays and his team!
