Amazing staff, Super friendly, Very informative, They answer any and all questions you may have, If you have any requests they will try to accommodate you, They have options for payment plans, Very transparent to whats going to happen with whatever is going on and they give you very clear instructions for post or pre surgery.
I would 100000% go back to this place for any needs, I live in Jopin MO so its about a 45 min drive for me but absolutely worth it. I had a Molar extracted due to a fractured root, absolutely NO pain after surgery, NO pain 9 hours later with medications included.
Again AMAZING staff members!!!!

Bays is a cool doctor, made me laugh a few times. Staff super friendly and gentle. I have dental anxiety that makes things like this difficult. Glad I found them. Felt no pain during procedure. Recovery instructions simple and easy.馃憤

I had a fantastic experience with this office. I had two impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Bays, and the whole team made this a relatively pain free experience (as much as oral surgery can be). From the consultation, to surgery, to follow up care, every one was very kind and supportive. I felt free to ask as many questions as needed and express my concerns. Billing was also easy to understand. I definitely recommend this office!

Well worth the drive. Even though I had a small range of motion due to TMJ, Dr. Bays was able to pull an abscessed tooth and prescribed a liquid anti-biotic so that I didn't have to struggle with swallowing the pills. Great office and staff.

Just had my top wisdoms removed and was pretty anxious over it. These people were amazing. Im 27 but freaked like a small child and they got me through it. They were patient and understanding. It was so easy and quick. Talked to me the whole time explaining what he was doing. Not near as scary as I thought it would be. These people are awesome!

The practice's clinical team includes Dr. Bradley R. Burnett, DDS, and Dr. Dale Bays, DDS, MD, both of whom practice at the Joplin and Pittsburg offices. Dr. Burnett is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1993, served twelve years of active duty with the US Navy, where he completed a four year oral and maxillofacial surgery residency in San Diego, and has practiced in the Joplin area since 2005. Dr. Bays is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesia. He also graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1993 and completed a combined MD and oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine/Truman Medical Center in 1998. After 20 years in private practice in Minnesota, he returned to the region to join Dr. Burnett. He has a special interest in dental implants, wisdom teeth, and outpatient anesthesia.
