This was a very disappointing experience. The staff were rude and would talk about patients as if they couldn’t hear them. It made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. During a previous visit, I clearly told the lead dentist that I wanted to be put to sleep for my procedure and that I was willing to pay out of pocket if my insurance didn’t cover it. At my next appointment, I was told that I had never said that, which was frustrating and unprofessional. After wasting my time and gas driving there, I left feeling like my concerns were ignored. Based on my experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this office.

The first time I went there I got a 3-D x-ray and the only one I liked was a blonde head that took me back to do the scans I forget her name, but she was nice. The rest of them sucked. I called to get a second xray because I keep having a mini implant bleed, and my surgeon is out of state…. I had it scheduled for May 2026 and they called me and asked if I could do 8:30 AM instead of the 8 AM because there wasn’t enough time scheduled. I said no I need an 8 AM because I work third shift. They said well it’ll be a couple weeks out. It will be the middle of June 2026.. I said that’s fine.. so I called today to try to figure out what day we rescheduled for and they tried to tell me I missed my appointment on 28th of may 😂. I said no y’all said he didn’t have enough time and could I do it at 8:30 and I told y’all no I cannot do it at 8:30 so we rescheduled for June. Anyways, they said well Dr. mustard said you need to go somewhere else. He must be a real piece of work and hate his job because if I was a dentist and somebody’s willing to pay $300 for an x-ray?? There’s quite a few bad reviews on this place anyways. I bet he makes it hard for the people who work at the front desk too because they seem like a real piece of work also. I would hate to be able to help somebody and turn them down because they rescheduled and are trying to tell me they didn’t reschedule one in fact they did call me rescheduled because I said I could not do 8:30 AM. There’s quite a few bad reviews on Dr. mustard anyways. Real piece of work. Turn away somebody having a bleeding implant and never million years what I go to Oral Facial surgery for implants they tried to quote me $80,000. 😂 but it was the Oral Facial group in East End but they’re the same company. You can get implants in Florida or out of state for $40,000 all day long. Always recommend checking your prices.

Great customer service and they explained my son’s surgery and after care in detail which I appreciate. The surgery went exactly as they described and we were out in great time.

I really like the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Dr. Musser is very knowledgeable. He explains what is needed and makes me feel well cared for through the extraction and healing process.

My husband has been in severe pain for months, not only did they make him wait months for his initial appointment after being referred to them, they just called him and cancelled it saying they don't take his insurance just days before his appointment (when I told them his exact insurance when I made the appointment in December) my husband has already had to visit the emergency room twice for antibiotics because of this appointment being so far out and has been in excruciating pain this entire time. Absolutely ridiculous
