I had a wonderful experience from the time I walked into the facility for an extraction of my tooth. The staff welcomed me with a wonderful smile and a hello. Filling out the paperwork was very easy. The Nursing Staff was very professional and explained the process with confidence. Oh! The Doctor is the best. He's so confident and a true professional. He makes dentistry so easy. From the anesthesia to the extraction of the tooth. The process went smoothly. I would recommend this facility to my fellow veterans, families, and friends. I want to thank you all for your professionalism.

I found out the Dr I was going to see was fairly new to the practice
I was terrified of going. Dr was so kind and professional. I was totally at ease. I’m not scared to have tooth extraction there. I’ve only heard good reviews. Nice pleasant place to do. Won’t do any procedure that doesn’t need to be done. Honest and kind

My experience with his staff as with Dr.Achong himself once again, a pleasure one as the one almost 3 yrs ago. They will reassure your comfort while receiving the best care according to your individual case. They treated me with kindness and respect, which I appreciate and is one of the reasons I've return to the for my treatment. Dr. Achong is always smiling and reassuring you that he'll do his best to make you feel as comfortable as possible while you're receiving his best care possible. I also this time, drove an hour and a half each way to get treated which says a lot.. I appreciate a good doctor as well as their staff. Will update my review after my treatment plan is finished. Now to the difficult part is to come.. Waiting on insurance to approve my extractions while you're in pain almost 24-7 😢😢😢

They only care when they want your money. They don't care about your time when you go in for the check up after your surgery. Had me sitting in the room for 15 mins after the X-ray knowing I had to be at work. This should have taken no more than 15 min. But if you are late they will charge you a fee. My time is important too.

Great office vibe at the Clermont location from the moment you walked in. Oral Facial Surgical Arts is top-tier when it comes to any dental surgery. Dr. Achong and staff did a great job extracting a tooth pain-free. If in need of dental surgery, I highly recommend this office.

About Oral Facial Surgical Arts
Oral Facial Surgical Arts is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice with three offices in the Orlando area, in Clermont, Winter Garden, and Lake Nona. The Clermont office is located at 3180 Citrus Tower Boulevard and is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. The practice describes dental implants and bone grafting as core clinical focus areas, and its services also include wisdom teeth removal, tooth extractions, sedation dentistry, oral pathology, facial trauma care, gum grafting, and platelet rich fibrin therapy. The practice states that its surgeons have a combined 35 years of experience.
For patients missing one tooth, several teeth, or a full set, the practice offers single tooth implants, implant supported bridges for multiple teeth, All-on-4 full arch implants, and mini implants for cases with limited bone density. The practice notes that in many cases extractions and implant placement can be done on the same day, and it offers bone grafting, including a technique it calls S.M.A.R.T. bone grafting, to support implant treatment. Sedation is available for patients who feel anxious about oral surgery, and the practice also offers a book on dental implants written by Dr. Ronald Achong for patients who want to learn more before their consultation.
