I cannot say enough good things about this place! I was recommended to go here from my dentist, and from my first appointment to my surgery, I was treated with respect, and everyone was so kind. My procedure also went way quicker than I thought it would, and almost painless. I will recommended this place to everyone I know in need of dental work because I'm just blown away by the positive experience I had here. They also were able to work with me as far as waiting for insurance information, thank you guys so much!

I’m extremely disappointed by how my appointment was handled. I was notified last-minute that it was cancelled due to missing records and no response from my orthodontist despite the fact that this had already been addressed. My appointment was scheduled for Tuesday at 4 PM, yet I was told there was a strict deadline of 12 PM the Friday before for records to be received. That deadline was never communicated to me.
Offering to reschedule does not make up for the inconvenience or the lack of transparency. It felt dismissive and disorganized, and it makes me not want to be seen by Dr. Brooks at all.

It was fantastic! I felt relaxed and welcomed. I was so comfortable, I felt like I knew everyone there for years! I would recommend them to anyone who needs an implant. Everything was thoroughly explained to me from the procedure to the cost, and they will work with you through all of it. Dr. Shane Connor answered any questions I had.
