Came here in June of 25' for my own extractions and everything was great, I had no issues. Came back now in March of 26' for my boyfriends extractions and its a shit show. They never made the actual appointment, due to staff negligence. They thankfully still got us in, seeing as we took time off work and live over an hour away. But staff attitude was mediocre and male hygienist or assistant or whatever he is, had the worse of all. Not coming back again, if extractions are needed. Come at your own discretion, could go either way.

The actual appointment went well, Z the surgical nurse was wonderful, really put me at ease. My husband had all his teeth removed and I was a nervous wreck. She did a great job. I was very disappointed with our wait time, 11 o'clock appointment and didnt get taken back until 12:15. I had to ask twice what was going on, no one let us know why. They said they took in a couple of appointments. If it would of been my decision I would have left but my husband wanted to stay. I still dont fully understand why such a delay but things went well after that. I feel wait time could have been managed better. Hopefully the return appointment is easier.

Had a dental implant placed here. It was a great experience. Dr. Peterson was great, I was in and out in about 45 minutes, was almost painless!

I will not be returning. I would not recommend Dr Peterson if you have any trepidation about having dental work done. Dr Peterson seemed like a disgruntled employee who didn't want to be there. He acted irritated when I asked him to stop a moment because I was in too much pain during an extraction. I think the numbing needed more time to fully kick in. The facilities are nice and staff is ocourteous.

Amazing service from reception to Doctor 100%. This place is very comfortable & has all the latest technology. 99% pain free service. They get you in & out feeling great. I had a blast here. I can't wait to come back.
