Even giving this place one star is generous. Doctors were nice but this place needs to reassess their front staff because they haven’t a clue. Do not trust what they quote you because it will be at least a couple hundred over it. Why do you tell people EVERYTHING will be a $25 copay and insurance will pay the rest and that not be the case at all? Why do I have to pay for your miscommunication. If I would of known I had to pay 300 more bucks ahead of time I would of gladly done so, but to send me a surprise bill in the mail 2 months later is gross. This place just wants your money, and they will trap you into it to get it. Just be honest, it’s not that hard! Sure you may not get the business or money due to it being very expensive, but it won’t leave any nasty wounds like this. Do better. Health care is already expensive enough. And to prey on that is just low. PSA: get everything that they tell you in writing. Or you might have to end up paying a very unexpected bill like me. Very frustrating. Dishonest company, I wish I had good things to say but the whole billing situation left a sour taste in my mouth and I recommend everyone go somewhere else or even one of their other locations. But yeah this front staff is awful and didn’t even bother to call me when my results were in, so I had to go in and make another appointment. Even though it is their job to call me.
Update: even after paying said bill they are still sending me bills in the mail and they do not answer their phone whatsoever. Horrible company.

Dr. Hall was fantastic. He calmed my nerves and was quick which helped me not linger in anxiety. I’m feeling good day 3 wisdom teeth removal and haven’t needed anything stronger than ibuprofen and Tylenol.

What a great office staff and Dr's. They did an extraction for my Mom. They made my Mom feel very comfortable. No complications and her mouth is healing great. Thank you Dr. Hall and staff. Would highly recommend this place.

my questions were accommodated and answered politely by all staff. extraction was painless and uncomplicated. i was given very tender and sweet care while coming down from anesthesia, wonderful woman who took care of me who i regret i was too out of it to get the name of, but she was great. and a coupon for some ice cream to top it off!
