Scheduling was very easy, they had two appointments available for me within two days of my call and the receptionist was great with providing information. Dr. Reed did an amazing job removing my four wisdom teeth! The whole staff was kind & everyone who helped in my procedure was wonderful. My anesthesiologist allowed me to have laughing gas to help me relax before doing my IV, which was a MAJOR help, and my husband said Dr. Reed got the procedure done in about 20 minutes with no problems. Recovery has gone smoothly and I’ve felt very little pain even without medication after the first day.

I recently had my initial consultation at OMSA in Warsaw, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease. The consultation was thorough and professional, he took the time to truly listen to my concerns and goals without rushing me.
What really stood out was how personalized my treatment plan was. It was clear that they put serious thought into my specific needs rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach. I left the appointment feeling confident, informed, and genuinely excited about the road ahead.
If you’re looking for a team in the Warsaw area that combines expertise with a caring, patient-first approach, look no further than OMSA. Highly recommend!

My son had three teeth pulled, and he went in with extreme anxiety. He was terrified to even walk through the door, but the staff was absolutely incredible. They took their time, explained everything, and helped him feel safe and comfortable every step of the way. They even allowed us to stay with him until his IV sedation was started, which made a huge difference.
About 15 minutes later, the procedure was finished. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. They called a few hours later to check on him and followed up again the next morning.
We had been on a waiting list at another office, but his pain became so severe that we couldn't wait any longer. They were able to get him in the very next day and even worked with us to set up a payment plan. We are so thankful for their compassion, professionalism, and exceptional care. I would highly recommend them.

Really impressed with our experience visiting Dr. Josiah Smith at OMSA. We’ve only had the consultation for my 10 year old’s expose and bond procedure, but I have nothing but good things to say about the facility and staff thus far. Everyone was friendly, facility was clean, and we were in and out in a timely fashion. Dr. Smith was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Procedure was explained well and all of my questions were answered. I was so appreciative of the generosity I received from front desk staff/Dr. Smith that went above and beyond to correct a small issue for me. I’ll update my review after the procedure is completed but for now, thoroughly impressed and will be returning if we have further need.

Dr. Lucas Reed is a very pleasant, understanding, empathetic oral surgeon that has perfected his craft well. My only regret is that I don't believe I thanked him properly for his excellent service. So, having said that, thank you Dr. Reed for sharing your professional skill set on my behalf. It has been a true delight to have received your oral surgery services. My God continue to bless your hands as you continue to work on behalf of others.
