Dr. Kim is exceptional. Very thoughtful and very well trained. Do not let the Korea-town neighborhood location fool you into thinking this is a second tier operation. No, it does not have the Beverly Hills designer vibe - if you need that - and the absurd prices that come with it - this is not the right place. On the other hand - if you want an Ivy league trained MD/DDS, you have that here. The charming ladies at the front desk are attentive and will take good care of you - be polite and gracious and that’s what you’ll-get back (they always seem very busy). I fly in from out of state - I had to have a major procedure done and Kim and his staff were terrific.

I had my wisdom teeth surgery here recently, From the front desk to the assistant to the doctor, everyone is super nice and cheerful. I feel like that’s a really good sign that they all enjoy working together. They explained the procedure and were patient and helpful with all my questions. The after-care is all laid out in a nice and simple way. Probably subjective, but after my surgery I’ve had almost no pain. They did a wonderful job with everything. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience at OMSI. The front desk staff were very kind and attentive. Dr. Kim took wonderful care of my dad and made him feel very comfortable and at ease. The procedure my dad had was very efficient and painless, and overall we would highly recommend Dr. Kim for any oral surgery needs.

It was such a pleasure working with Dr. Youn Sagong at OMSI. I am so happy and impressed with the wonderful level of care that my mother received from Dr. Sagong and how organized, efficient, and helpful everyone at the office was. My mother had to get a tricky tooth extracted and also considered getting dental implants, and Dr. Sagong explained everything clearly, carefully, and in great detail. After the extraction, she healed perfectly. Dr. Sagong was so attentive to her needs and never pushed extra services. I trust him 100%. We will definitely be back if my mother or I need any oral surgery in the future!

The best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Sagong was amazing, super attentive, and caring. The staff here is so wonderful and sweet. I am terrified of the dentist but the staff helped me to face my fears. I can't recommend them enough!! Julianna at the front desk was the absolute best. Great experience!!!
