I highly recommend Dr. Laun and his staff for any needs you have. Not only is he an amazing doctor, he and his staff treat you with kindness, courtesy, and compassion. We want our health care providers to possess these qualities. Sadly, they usually don’t. Dr. Laun and his staff are not only extremely talented, skilled professionals, they genuinely care about people. From the moment I walked in their offices I was met with a team of professionals that make you feel safe and protected. I will be forever grateful not just for the care I received from Dr. Laun and his staff, but the CARE I received! Thank you!

So incredibly happy that my dentist referred me here. The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful and the providers are so knowledgeable and take the time to explain the procedure in detail, answering every question in a way that is easy to understand. Scheduling is so quick that I was almost in disbelief! All my anxiety about a complex issue was totally alieved during my visit! Update: My very uncomfortable and terrifying procedure was completed last Thursday by Dr Billy Laun, and I couldn't be happier! Dr. Laun is absolutely amazing!!! He works incredibly quickly and expertly made this dreaded experience as pleasant as humanly possible. I'm so extremely grateful to my dentist (Dr Jessica Stroud Martin) for recommending and referring me to OMS Carbondale. From the amazingly quick appointment, to the very best treatment possible, I can't begin to express my gratitude to all the folks involved in my healing!! Thank You Dr Billy Laun and team!!!

Had my wisdom teeth extracted today. Dr. Laun is amazing at what he does and Vanessa was the sweetest oral surgery assistant. Had a really good experience, thank you to all the staff members who make this a really smooth process.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here. From the start to the finish of the entire process it was a seamless operation. The front staff answered all of the questions I was concerned about. As far as the operation goes, it was a very quick and smooth process from the person that numbed me to the doctor doing the procedure. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Very good and fast at what they do!! The pricing is a little much out of pocket, but when your in alot of pain its worth it. Glad to have an oral surgeon in the area we can go to when needed. We appreciate all their help!!
