I had double jaw surgery with Dr. Jay Neugarten over 10 years ago, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions I ever made. It was a challenging procedure, but the results were absolutely worth it.
Dr. Neugarten was at the forefront of using modern technology and techniques, including a procedure that allowed me to avoid having my jaw wired shut, which made the recovery significantly easier. His expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care were exceptional.
The office staff was also wonderful—kind, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. Even more than a decade later, I remain grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Neugarten to anyone considering orthognathic surgery.

Dr. Chen and his entire staff were warm, welcoming, helpful, professional and made me feel at ease. The office is clean, progressive and has a cool vibe. I felt very cared for and extremely comfortable. Would HIGHLY recommend this practice!!

Dr. Harrison Chen is exceptional. His bedside manner is outstanding—he takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make you feel completely comfortable throughout the process. His front office and staff are equally impressive: professional, efficient, and incredibly supportive. They walk you through every step, ensuring everything is clear and stress-free. I highly recommend Dr. Chen and his team for the excellent care and outstanding patient experience they provide.

Dr. Harrison Chen is amazing. Very caring of his patients comfort before, during and after the procedure. I have done multiple procedures with Dr. Chen, and every time my experience has been the same. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Ruth is amazing. He is so skilled, caring and all around nice. He puts you at ease from the moment you.meet him( good for scaredy cats). His assistant is great and very friendly. The whole office staff couldn’t be nicer. I’m so glad my dentist sent me to Dr. Ruth.
