I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Oral Surgery 4 Georgia in Gainesville. I originally tried to schedule an appointment for my daughter on 2/10/26 and did not receive a callback for over a month. During that time, I left messages and waited for someone to follow up, but no one reached out. It wasn’t until I took my daughter back to her dentist and expressed my concerns about the lack of communication that I finally received a call back today, 3/16/26. Waiting over a month just to hear back about scheduling an appointment is unacceptable, especially when it involves a child who needs care. When they finally did call, I explained that I had already found another practice because I couldn’t keep waiting. At that point, Debbie hung up on me. That level of customer service and professionalism was very disappointing. Communication, timeliness, and respectful interactions are extremely important in pediatric healthcare, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

2 stars only because my sister has been serviced her and she came out good, but lose 2 stars for never answering the phone when trying to look into booking an appointment. Always went to voicemail and when I went through the process through the website they reached out to me and she sounded annoyed to even be calling me. She seemed put off by MY customer service greeting and annoyed when I realized they only service those under the age of 29 (my mistake). Do better because even if I didn’t book an appointment if I had I would have felt unwanted and that is unfortunate because you represent everyone there So I can only imagine the other workers there.

So my experience with the staff in person was great. Very friendly and welcoming. Doctor has great people skills and very personable. They were even able to work me in on a cancellation and I was very thankful. However, on the day of my appointment I had a hard time finding the office. I tried to call several times to get help from someone because I was from out of town. For 45 minutes I could not get a hold of anyone. I drove around for 45 minutes frantically looking for the office. I finally found it and was very flustered. My only frustration was that I could not get a hold of someone to answer my call to help me. Other than that, My experience was great!

I went in for a consult to have my wisdom teeth removed, and ended up having two taken out the same day. The staff here are absolutely fantastic! I went in 22 weeks pregnant expecting to be told I’d have to wait. I think my dentist was Dr. Pritchett and he made sure to take care of me. I ended up having to be awake for the procedure and had an anxiety attack when he started. He backed off and allowed me to relax before proceeding. I don’t know the nurse's name that held my hands the entire time, but she’s so great! All of them working together to make me as comfortable as possible made the experience so much better. If you guys see this, thank you! All of you were so great! I’m sorry to the nurse who held my hands, if I held too tight. 😂

Do not go here. Appointment was at 11:30 at 12:30 we went up there and asked what’s up and the lady said idk you might be next. The didn’t start on my teeth until 2pm. Then after everything was done they didn’t tell my mom any after care instructions no ice packs no gauze. And when I went for my consultation they told me my absence would be excused for how ever long I was out of work and school but didn’t give me any excuses. I’ve been trying to call for 2 days no one will answer and if someone does they tell me they don’t do teeth removal. When I went in for my appointment the door literally said family orthodontist. I called the number on my paper the two numbers on google and no one is helping me. Also doesn’t help that three different names of places have the exact same address.
