Honestly is the best place to have your wisdom teeth removed. They treated me well and the surgery was quick. Thankfully to them I am able to chew and talk without my cheeks rubbing raw from them now. Thank you for doing such a great job and treating me with care!

There are not enough words to describe the outstanding personable care my young adult daughter received from the Dr. and staff at OSC Associates in Albertville. She had a dental emergency that was misdiagnosed as needing wisdom teeth extractions. First of all they were able to see her the next day when we called needing an appointment. She was in excruciating pain and they worked her in at the last minute. After an x ray and consultation with the Dr. it was determined that she did not need an extraction but a root canal. They set up an appointment with a dentist that could perform the procedure AND DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE VISIT. It almost made me cry because she does not have insurance as she works in the service industry. I am overwhelmed with the generosity and so appreciative that no words can describe. With this economy today being so expensive I cannot say enough about the genuine patient care given to my daughter. This kind of patient care is hard to come by these days. Thank you so much OSC for putting a smile back on my daughter’s face.

I cannot say enough good things about this office! The office was clean and organized. They were phenomenal! The staff was welcoming, organized and professional from start to finish. Dr. Dorsett took the time to explain the procedure and what to expect clearly. He and his staff answered any and all questions clearly and made me feel comfortable. The procedure went great and recovery has been better then i expected. I truly appreciate the level of care and attention I received. I would highly recommend this practice.

Had 3 teeth removed and Dr and Staff at Oral Surgery Associates in the Abertville Office made this a not so bad procedure! They were all ,including the Front Office Staff Excellent in their Professionalism, Being Courteous, Caring and Kind! I Highly Recommend them and would give them a solid 10 PLUS STARS! Thank you again 😊 Oral Surgery Associates!!!

The staff at the front desk were not willing to listen. I had to spend over an hour on the phone with my insurance company just to give them the same information that my dentist office and I had already had given them. When I got to the back, the dental technicians were very nice. The doctor was awful! My dentist sent me to him so I would be put to sleep to have a tooth removed. The dentist refused to put me to sleep and said that it was just over kill and made fun of me when I was panicking about being awake during this. He said it was either him pull it there or send me to a hospital and they charge who knows what just to pull a little tooth. I let him pull the tooth. It was the worst experiences I have EVER had! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE DENTIST AGAIN!!!! In my opinion, he is rude, disrespectful, and arrogant. My dentist office was appalled by what I told them.
