I appreciate the skill and knowledge that Dr Gregory and his staff showed in my treatment. They treated me with concern and compassion. My experience was trying and I didn’t know what to really expect. The outcome was phenomenal.

I recently had oral surgery here and it was the best experience. Dr. Zach & his staff were so accommodating and friendly. I don't feel like I have had the worn done & it's been less than a week. Even down to the checking on me afterwards took customer service to a just level. I highly recommend visiting if in need. Thank you all soooo much.

There's no reason an office consultation should cost $475.00. Why does pulling one tooth cost $350??? Not for me.

Very smooth process to get tooth implant by Dr. Gregory. Short wait times before being called back, and all employees very efficient.

Oral Surgery Associates is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice at 2003 Forsythe Avenue in Monroe, Louisiana, serving Monroe and the surrounding communities of Northeast Louisiana. The practice describes itself as a Center for Advanced Dental Implant Surgery, and its surgeons practice the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, from dental implant placement and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery. The team also diagnoses and treats facial pain, facial injuries and TMJ (jaw joint) disorders, and offers tooth extractions, oral cancer screening and exposure of impacted teeth.
For patients considering dental implants, the practice covers single missing tooth replacement, implant supported dentures, treatment for patients missing all upper or lower teeth, Same Day Teeth, and zygomatic dental implants for cases with significant upper jaw bone loss. Bone grafting services, including ridge augmentation, sinus lift and socket preservation, are offered to prepare the jaw for implants, and the office uses 3D imaging for treatment planning. Intravenous sedation is provided in the office so patients can have their procedure in a safe and comfortable setting. The practice also publishes information on the cost of dental implants and works with referring dentists throughout the region.
