My son recently had 4 wisdom teeth removed and we could not be happier with Dr. Lance and his staff! They were flexible, friendly, and knowledgeable. The office is so neat and clean - with adorable seasonal decorations, and the doctor and staff were warm and friendly, making asking questions easy. 100% recommend.

I couldn't be happier with the services provided by Dr Lance and staff. My son needed two teeth extracted and the entire process from our consultation to the surgery went smoothly. Dr. Lance and his staff are attentive and friendly, taking time to answer questions, and the nurse who assisted my son was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you!

I recently had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Lance. I would highly recommend him and his team. They were efficient, helpful, genuine, and while his office was very busy, they provided excellent patient care. I appreciated that they provided antibiotics for the healing process. The wait was definitely worth it!

Dr. Lance and his team are awesome! They removed an impacted wisdom tooth for me and are incredibly kind, personable, understanding and professional. The office staff are the same and very easy to communicate with as well. Also, having received estimates from other oral surgeons, I can say confidently that their pricing is more than fair. I drove 50 miles to get there and am glad I did! I highly recommend Dr. Lance and the team at Oral Surgery Associates of Central PA.

I had a tooth removed. Usually, I'm very nervous. The doctor and nurse made me feel very confident that they would take good care of me and they sure did. They were kind and caring. It was a good experience. Quick and pain free. 馃挏. Thank you.
