Avoid this location if you are accustomed to good customer service! Rudest receptionist ever! I went here on 2/11/26 for a wisdom tooth extraction. The staff was very discourteous, rude and below standard to say the least. I wasn't even greeted with a good afternoon upon arrival or a simple hello. The receptionists simply stared at me with this disconnected look and waited for me to announce my arrival for an appointment. I arrived at my appointment 30 minutes early. Upon arrival, I was initially charged $100 prior to any services being done to me by a rude, tacky and unprofessional receptionist. After paying the $100, I sat in the waiting room for over 1 hour and 20 minutes. I was eventually taken to a room and placed in a dental chair with a bib around my neck. The dental hygienist left me in the room, where I sat unattended for over 1 hour and 10 mins. After being unattended to for roughly 1hr and 15 minutes, the dental hygienist came back to my room and asked me if everything was okay. I told her no everything is not okay and I mentioned how rude I felt they treated me for leaving me unattended for so long. I told her after their rude treatment towards me and the lack of courtesy they displayed, I felt it best for me to leave the appointment and leave their office. I got up and went to the receptionist to request a refund of the $100 fee. She reacted rudely sucking her teeth. She acted very nonchalant towards me as if she couldn't care less about my displeasure with their lack of service and she smirked as she processed my refund. After which I walked out. I wasted (4) PTO hours from work to attend the appointment, and I walked out after being there for 2.5 hours with a throbbing wisdom tooth that never got extracted. No class. No good service. Spare yourself the disappointment and the unnecessary pain associated with not being given adequate services. As of 2/19/26 I still have not been given a refund of the $100 deposit taken from me the day of service. No one from this office has reached out to me regarding my displeasure and the subpar treatment I received that day. No one has reached out to me to inquire how that office failed the service of removing a decayed wisdom tooth I was scheduled for by way of my dental office. This is one of the worst experiences I have endured regarding horrible service from a medical provider.

Dr. Carr and the Mequon office staff worked hard to make my tooth removal as easy for me as possible and they succeeded. Everyone was not only professional but personable. Dr Carr executed the procedure quickly and well and he also made me feel at ease during a stressful time. While I hope I don't need oral surgery again, if I do, Dr. Carr will be who I go to.

I was scared to death to have 5 teeth extracted. Dr. Wagner and his nurse were neither empathetic nor compassionate.. I was being asked questions while my mouth was stuffed with gauze and couldn't speak properly. I tried my best to answer and then was rudely told I can't understand you!! I could go on and on, but I won't. They released me while I was srill feeling lighthearted and dizzy from the laughing gas which could have had dangerous consequences. I was asked if I had a driver a n d told them I had asked 3 times previously if I needed one and was told NO, therefore I did not have one. I will never go back to Dr.Wagner again. I did read excellent reviews on Dr.Kimmel however.

Incredible experience. From the first call to arrival to the procedure. Everyone was amazing. Efficient, personable, well managed care including pain management. Dr. Kimmel was terrific. Highly recommend this group without hesitation. 5+stars!
