Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Facility was clean and staff was available to answer questions. Only thing I would add is being more detailed on the process. My 6yr old daughter was already really nervous going in (besides that she hates needles) and we weren’t told I was not going to be able to be with her doing her procedure. Which then got me really nervous when I wasn’t nervous coming in. Besides that everything else was great. Anesthesiologist walked us to the car and the Dr called to check on my daughter in the afternoon and to offer his availability over the weekend if anything was needed.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Walstad at OSANT. I was referred to him by my dentist for treatment on removal of excess bone growth in my jaw (buccal exostosis) and he did a fabulous job removing them. He states they were the biggest he has ever removed! As long as I stay on the pain meds it has been relatively pain free. I would highly recommend him for any oral surgical procedure!

I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Newton and his entire oral surgery team. I was dealing with an impacted crown and needed a consultation quickly for an oral surgeon recommendation. I was relieved to get an appointment within just a few days, where Dr. Newton thoroughly explained my situation, walked me through my options, and answered all of my questions with care and clarity. Because my tooth was close to the jaw nerve, I elected to move forward with a coronectomy. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The morning of the procedure went incredibly smooth from being escorted to the surgery chair, to being offered a blanket, to the gentle and effective sedation process, and post surgery pain management. I felt completely at ease and well cared for. The recovery and healing process was excellent, and I am grateful for the positive outcome and full recovery. The staff was supportive, kind, and professional every step of the way, which made a potentially stressful situation feel manageable and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Newton and this office to anyone needing oral surgery. I am truly thankful for the exceptional care and experience I received.

We had a wonderful experience with Oral Surgery Associates of North Texas Allen location. From front desk staff, nurses to Dr Newton, everyone makes the communication regarding procedures and billing smooth and transparent. Instructions given to us before and after surgery were very detail. Dr Newton called us same day after surgery to check on my son. After a week, my son still has discomfort on one side of the gum. Appointment was scheduled promptly. Surgery was very successful! Highly recommend this location and highly recommend Dr. Newton.

I was sent to Dr. Walstad because I had taken Prolia for osteoporosis and had to have one of my wisdom tooth removed. I was also on blood thinner, so my tooth removal posed special risks for dental surgery. Dr. Walstad talked to me and reassured me post operation, and I had a painless and uncomplicated tooth extraction. I was back at work in 3 days with no pain and no complications. Dr. Walstad and his staff are very competent, capable, and trustworthy to do the very best job! I was extremely impressed with the empathy, care, and competence of Osant and Dr. Walstad. I give them the highest recommendation. (10+)
