In my personal experience, Dr Robert Novo has the professionalism you want and need for such an important aspect of your extreme needs of an oral incident that may occur at any time in your life. He has shown me the respect and decency to really listen to me and prevent more intensive work than what was necessary and resolved the issue with a precise solution. More recently he has resolved a severely painful problem and I am currently seeing him for the restoration process. He fully understands his business and how to bring everything he has to my individual needs. He had promptly spoken to me off hours to help me through the process to get me through a very difficult part for what I needed to do through a short call through clear communication and understanding. Perhaps you can say thats just his job but I was impressed with the timing and results of that experience. He's the best. You can risk going to someone else but he delivered for me in a couple of painful situations and I truly feel he is someone who can do whats necessary in the most efficient way.

I went in to have 4 teeth removed and my next remaining 3 next week. I also suffer from panic attacks and he made sure I was comfortable and relaxed and told me everything he was doing and made sure I didn’t feel a thing. I was also holding the assistant hands the whole time. He is very knowledgeable and such an amazing oral surgeon. From the front desk to the assistants to the oral surgeon beyond 5 stars. I cannot thank him and everyone enough. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing oral surgeon.

What a wonderful experience I had from start to finish in this office. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Dr Novo is such a kind man and made me feel calm during my wisdom tooth removal. If you have dental anxiety, you must consider Dr Novo because he will make all your fears go away. The total visit, including check in, X-rays, novocaine shots and procedure, was 20 minutes. I’m so happy I found this office and you will too!!

Dr.Novo and his staff were very nice and professional. There was no waiting and the best part, there was no pain. Dr.Novo checks in with you to make sure you are ok. I will definitely tell people about is service. I also would give Dr.Novo and his staff 10 stars. Keep up the good work.

I was anxious & Dr. Novo's staff was very pleasant & caring. And when I didn't get completely numb initially Dr. Novo was super patient. The extraction itself was quick and painless. Great experience. Highly recommended.
