I am really impressed with the professionalism and care from this Doctor and his staff. Had to get oral surgery and be placed under anesthesia and I was super nervous. The staff all made me truly at ease and were very understanding and compassionate. Thank you to Doctor Claussen and his staff!

Dr. Brinker and his staff are marvelous! Very kind and professional, explaining everything I needed to know and providing intelligent options for my care. The office space is new, clean, and open. The care is top notch. Highly recommend!!

If I can give them a 0 star I will me and my insurance people was just on the phone trying to to see if they can send my exam over and they talking about they don’t have a person here or never had one by that name whoever answerd the phone in the front transferred him over without him even knowing if you have Medicaid don’t go here I came all the way from Tallahassee they rude , the doctor didn’t explain nothing to me he just ask did I have any questions

Very poor front office support. The bad behavior, pay up front, no itemized receipt, hurry hurry hurry required that I cancel my procedure which was very important to me. Edited: Requested my records (because I won't be returning) and received them. Then I noticed the nasty notes unrelated to my treatment in the records. Very petty staff!
