This was my second and probably last procedure I will be receiving from Dr Becker and her staff. I have moved back to Tennessee. I chose to remain a patient of her, Dr Beckers, office because of the quality care I received. My last procedure was a surgical removal of an upper wisdom tooth. It had only come thru the gum a short distance and potentially jeopardized a new crown I had emplaced.
I was sedated. The young man, dental technician, stuck the IV needle in my arm and it was absolutely painless, my first ever. It went better from there. Dr Becker came in, explained the procedure and I woke up 40 mins later, no pain, no rembering the procedure and checked over by her tech and herself. And an hour and a half later I was out the door headed back to my hotel. I was given painkillers to use for pain as necessary. I have used only four in 2 days due to the discomfort felt when chewing .
I truly respect the total professional performance and care I received and wish it were possible to continue in their care. And maybe I will, but time will tell.

Excellent and professional Office!
Doctor Becker has a partner now, Doctor Blair, who was absolutely amazing , kind and considerate as well as was his assistant.
I had to have a cracked molar removed that had broken off and been glued back on by my previous dentist, (in an awful experience she was trying to make a new crown stay on a damaged tooth!)
Dr. Blair removed all of the tooth and crown and material and roots. I did not take general anesthetic. I am a senior citizen and actually felt like driving myself home after the procedure I am proud of that.
The surgery was truly painless. The injections were not difficult and completely numbed the area.
These people are top-notch from the first answer of the phone to the last technician making sure that you’re OK before you leave.
I intend to go back to them for an implant. I am very impressed with this oral surgeon and implant dentistry. I am new to Springfield so to find a very professional, kind and capable dentistry is so comforting.

I came to this clinic in unbearable pain due to a large granuloma. The team provided extremely fast and professional care, taking my pregnancy into full consideration. I am truly grateful to the doctor Robert C. Blair and his assistant for their attentiveness, patience, and compassion. I felt safe and well cared for during the entire visit. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and will be returning in the future for implant treatment

Team Becker IS an Outstanding group of Pro's...from Reception until mission complete. Needing to have 4 good molars removed to accomodate pending radiation treatment...was stressing to say the least, not to mention the "runaway mental vids" pre-op, "reel to reeling" away in the nights..😊. As a 5 Tour middle east Theater combat ops Vet, up until my actual surgery time, my thoughts were, I think id'a rather caught a bullet in the buttocks, than have teeth "cut out"!! Team Becker ended those thought's somewhat prior to my appointment date....as I could "sense the level of EXPERTISE FROM ONE AND ALL...and the Professionalism!! D-Day, It seemed like I didn't want to stop heading to the urinal...!!! The pending mission was "scaring" it outta me 😅. Now, as a Sr. Citizen, it's not fun to be "16 Again", in that scenario! Team Becker's demeanor from "in the chair with our light hearted banter and my "military mindset", where no conversation, is off limits, to IV insertion, I was put fully at ease. Then BAM!! Next thing I heard, was A gentle voice calling me back to Life. The job was DONE! The previous stress GONE! Phase 3 of my agenda, behind me. Other than sounding like an LP record playing backwards....I was good. No issues. Felt wayyy Better than expected until beftime

Meet the Doctors
Dr. Julie Becker is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with more than 28 years of experience. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri–Columbia, attended the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry, and completed her oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Baylor College of Dentistry and Baylor Hospital in Dallas. A Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Becker maintains memberships in numerous local, state, and national dental and surgical organizations. A Springfield native, she is also actively involved in local civic, cultural, and religious organizations.
