I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Robert Lucas. He put in three dental implants for me, and the entire process was handled with top-notch professionalism. One of the implants had a minor issue down the road, and Dr. Lucas took care of it immediately under warranty at absolutely no charge.
It's rare to find a doctor who stands behind their work like that. The staff was great, and the care was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Lucas and the team at Oral Surgery & Dental Implant Specialists of Cincinnati to anyone needing oral surgery!

I cannot recommend Dr. Eric Murnan and his team highly enough. I was referred here back in September 2025 for a wisdom tooth extraction and, honestly, I was terrified. I let my anxiety get the better of me and put the procedure off until I was in extreme pain. Because my insurance was out of network, I spent a month saving up the $1,200 quoted for surgical extraction under general anesthesia.
The moment I walked through the doors, the staff made me feel at ease. When I met Dr. Murnan, he performed a thorough exam and determined that I didn’t actually need to be put under or undergo a full surgical extraction. He suggested using a local anesthetic and simply pulling the tooth instead. This immediately eased my anxiety, and the procedure went as smoothly as possible.
Two days later, I am completely healed with zero pain and didn't even need to pick up my prescriptions. But the most incredible part? They gave me a refund for the price difference between the surgical procedure and the simple extraction.
It is rare to find such honesty and genuine care in healthcare. I watched Dr. Murnan’s video on the website afterward, and he truly lives up to his word—he treats you like family. If you are nervous about oral surgery, this is the place to go.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed here and I was blown away by the staff and experience. They was very informative about what to expect before during and after . Add that the dr personally called to check on how he was feeling . Will be sure to use them again . Thank you !!!

Once I can move around my mouth I found my tooth pretty gouged. I was not informed that there was damage I was warned before but never notified after.
So I find out myself. I'm sure I'll have to go back to remove that one too.
It doesn't seem like they cleaned up or intentionally worked on that tooth even being accident I should have been told..
Furthermore I warned them that I have woken up during stuff like this before so when I wasn't out all the way. And it just makes me think that the reason they didn't want to pull my last wisdom tooth is just too keep schedule for the day.
But when you damage a tooth even accidentally and don't notify anybody? Solid.

I visited in December of 2021 and I would not recommend. I was referred to this office by my dentist because they saw something on an x-ray. My dentist sent the x-ray to the oral surgeon and it was determined that I needed an additional scan. I called Oral Surgery of Cincinnati to schedule an appointment. I let them know that my dentist referred me and they're like oh yeah for a tooth extraction. Which i quickly let them know that is not what I'm supposed to be having done, they figure it out and get an x-ray scheduled. They tell me that I will be responsible for paying $295 at the visit because insurance will not cover the scan. I paid the $295 upon arrival. Get the scan done, then when I go to leave they tell me that I will need to pay another $200 for a radiologist to read the scan! I declined because I was furious that no one told me there would be an additional fee to have the scan read prior to the scan being done. Fast forward to January 2024 and I receive a bill for $113 because apparently they forgot to have me pay the fee for the surgeons evaluation. I had to call three separate times to get information an the last person I spoke with (Laura) lacked professionalism and customer service skills. She did let me know that this wasn't the first bill I received that one was supposedly sent in 2023 (two years after the appointment). If this is how their front-end staff handle patient care I would be terrified to have an actual surgery completed by this office who knows how you would leave.
