"The Best Dental Visit Ever!"
"Who knew a wisdom tooth consultation could be fun? Dr. Thomas Yamamoto and nurse Ros are an amazing team. They are incredibly kind, detailed, and have a great sense of humor that puts patients at ease. Dr. Yamamoto gave us a very thorough explanation of the procedure and took all necessary precautions regarding my son's other prescriptions. We left the office feeling very well-informed and genuinely happy. Thank you, Dr. Yamamoto, for being such a cool and professional mentor-like figure to my son during our visit!" 🙏💫

Dr. Thomas Yamamoto was really informative during my consultation appointment and answered any questions I had about which route to go for my procedure. He discussed the risks and benefits and scheduling a procedure date was seamless. The automated notification system is really easy with text and email reminders. The staff have been so accommodating to schedule changes, attentive to answering any questions in preparation of the surgery. The technicians and dental assistants are all so friendly and explain every step they’re doing. It made it easy to talk story with them and I felt very reassured throughout my procedure. Dr. Yamamoto is both efficient and thorough. He walked me thru every step of the procedure, with both him and the staff checking in and asking if I was doing okay or if I needed breaks throughout the procedure. The local anesthetic was applied without issue and it brought me peace of mind knowing I was anesthetized appropriately and didn’t feel any pain (even the injection wasn’t bad because the topical anesthetic helped with this). I only felt intermittent pressure during the procedure, which is expected. Dr. Yamamoto offered to answer any questions after we were done and the staff was very helpful in reviewing the post-op instructions and providing me my little goodie bag of post-op care. I really felt like I had such a seamless and pleasant surgical experience for my wisdom teeth removal and I am really grateful for the whole team and their professionalism and skills. Dental procedures can be so traumatic but this was the total opposite experience, and I’m so appreciative!! Mahalo nui loa!

Dr Craig Yamamoto and staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Removed a tooth and got an implant same time was amazing. Hope I don’t lose any more teeth, but if I do, I’ll come back without any reservations…

My surgery today was a great success, and I couldn’t be more grateful to Dr. Thomas Yamamoto and his amazing assistants, Ros and Chelsey. From start to finish, the care I received was exceptional. Dr. Yamamoto is highly skilled, professional, and reassuring, and Ros and Chelsey were incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process. I felt safe, informed, and truly cared for. I highly recommend this team to anyone seeking outstanding medical care.

A referral from my general dentist, a great choice for tooth extraction service. The entire staff from the receptionist to the doctor are professional, courteous, and efficient. Office is conveniently located in Ala Moana so no worries on parking or accessibility; on the way to work so even better for me!
