Both of my daughters had their wisdom teeth removed at Baycare Clinic, by Dr Primley. Dr Primley is a Rockstar! My daughter's both had really good experiences and we are so pleased with the results. They felt very comfortable and at ease here and in Dr Primley and staff's care.

I was on call w/ this lady seemed like she didn’t wanna answer my post surgery questions about my wisdom even though I was just worried she kept saying it’s on paper, & website like I didn’t know… made me feel dumb this was my first getting 4 wisdom teeth out so would been nice to answer my simple questions, I was drugged up really bad, didn’t like how her attitude seem like she didn’t wanna talk/was annoyed, couldn’t answer my simple questions because I had really bad side effects compare to other people who had it easier/no side effect, I was puking lots, nausea & dizzy surgery after waking up from anesthesia I didn’t even remember how I got out & got home. Dr primely was nice answered my question, but Docter assistant I was talking to she seem like she didnt like her job just disappointed in her customer service wish I would have got her name & asked for her manger

Trying to figure out why my husband had to go for a consultation for $125 after he already saw 2 providers prior to have 1 tooth pulled? Also trying to figure out why it's so difficult to get an itimized bill to submit to my insurance. The final experience of having the tooth pulled was all well and fine, but the geting to that point is a bit much and expensive.

Dr Primley and her team did a great job of both explaining the procedure to me and carrying it out. I had very little pain afterward which was pretty well controlled with just an icepack. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a very competent oral surgeon. Thank you for your great service!

I had a tooth pulled and I was very happy with the work done by Dr.Smith very professional talked about what was going on and the staff was wonderful I felt very comfortable the work was quick and the I really liked the staff they were all friendly and nice I would recommend them to everyone very good job all around thanks for making me feel comfortable 👍 😀 🙂 keep up the great work thanks again
