From initial scheduling through the procedure itself & followup, I had the most positive, caring patient experience, at Oral Surgery Kansas - Topeka, in early February 2026. I had oral surgery for both an abscessed #30 root canal extraction & an abscessed #2 tooth extraction, with conscious sedation. Every point of contact in this organization was courteous, compassionate, empathetic & professional (including scheduling; phone consult reviewing insurance coverage & cost; text reminders; complete & accurate pre-procedure instructions; check-in day of procedure; pre-procedure consult with Dr. Harvey personally addressing each of my concerns; the procedure itself including the dreaded IV; discharge with comprehensive aftercare instructions; prescriptions (called in to correct pharmacy); & ultimately a personal phone call follow-up by Dr. Harvey himself the same evening). All healthcare should be modeled after this organization. I highly recommend Dr. Harvey & the staff at Oral Surgery Kansas - Topeka.

All my teeth needed to be pulled for heath reasons and my dentist sent me to Oral Surgery Kansas. Can not say enough good things about my experience. They were professional , caring , and honest about what needed to be done. Dr Harvey explained what he was going to have to do in my conversation with him and after the surgery explained everything to my wife and she said he was absolutely fantastic.

I would like to take this opportunity to share the wonderful experience that my mother had April 22nd, 2026 at the Topeka Oral Surgery of Kansas under the care of Dr. Harvey. She needed a tooth extracted and she commends the fine work Dr. Harvey performed on her mouth. She totally recommends him to any and all who needs a tooth extracted or any dental work they provide. He was quick, gentle, and efficient. After the numbness went away it’s as if she had nothing done. She wants to say thank you Dr. Harvey. She said you have good hands.

We were able to get an appointment quickly and when we got to the Topeka office check in was easy. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. We were then seen by Dr Odom and his assistant Kelly. Wow! These two were awesome! Dr. Odom was the most confident and skilled Dr. we’ve ever had the privilege of meeting. They worked it out so the bothersome tooth was extracted that day which was completely unexpected but we were so thankful. It saved us time and the worry of having an infection in the tooth. We cannot thank Dr Odom and Oral Surgery of KS enough for their care and attention! Dr. Odom and Karen followed up with texts; as after care, which was greatly appreciated as well.
