Dr. Kaercher and his entire staff are exceptional. My husband and both of my children have had dental procedures performed here, and every experience has been outstanding. The team is always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring.
Dr. Kaercher takes the time to listen to every question and explains each procedure thoroughly, making sure we feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. His skill and attention to detail have resulted in smooth procedures and remarkably quick recoveries with minimal downtime for each member of our family.
We are truly grateful for the excellent care we've received and highly recommend Dr. Kaercher and his team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly skilled dental surgeon.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the front desk to the back, everyone was so kind and helpful. You can tell the staff really knows what they’re doing, and they made me feel completely at ease.
My doctor was amazing experienced, calm, and explained everything in a way that made sense. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I recovered way quicker than I expected. I was back to feeling normal in no time.
Truly grateful for how well I was taken care of. Highly recommend them if you’re needing any kind of oral surgery. You’ll feel the difference.

We had an outstanding experience with Dr. Kaercher and the entire team at Oral Surgery of Alamo Ranch. From the initial consultation for our son, through surgery and recovery, every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care.
The team provided clear, thorough communication regarding the financial aspects of treatment, so there were no surprises. On the day of surgery, everyone was kind, organized, and made us feel comfortable . The post-operative instructions were detailed and easy to follow, and they made sure we knew exactly what to expect during recovery.
We truly appreciated the excellent communication, compassionate care, and attention to detail throughout the entire experience. We highly recommend Dr. Kaercher and Oral Surgery of Alamo Ranch to anyone needing oral surgery.

In my experience, the best way to evaluate a dental practice is by the timeliness of appointments, the respect shown for the patient's time, and the staff's overall knowledge and professionalism.

So greatful to have been referred this place. My partner had a lot of pain before coming in to see whats wrong. All staff explained everything thoroughly and calmly from staff pricing, to the doctor's analysis. They prescribed him medicine right away, something our dentist didn't do despite him being in so much pain. And they gave us options for what procedure we could do and let us decide on what we wanted.
Decided on all 4 wisdom teeth removal. Everything went very smoothly and when we were concerned hours after the surgery, they let us come in to get him checked out again to see that his gums were healing properly. Pricing for everything was very reasonable to me.
Thank you all so much for all your help! Best experience we've had with doctors/at a medical establishment. My partner is healing now and feeling so much better.

Dr. Raymond W. Kaercher, DDS, MD, is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon at this location. He earned his undergraduate and dental degrees at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, then served on active duty in the United States Air Force practicing general dentistry for nine years. He later completed residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio while also completing an MD degree, and went on to serve as the sole Air Force oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the Republic of Korea before returning to Wilford Hall as Director of Resident Education and Training.
