Their website makes it seem like it’s affordable with the free consultation, that’s how they pull you in. However, the prices ended up being triple the amount and the staff is very pushy and quick with trying you to get you to book your appointment so they get their money. Ridiculous. I’m sure the surgeon is great but I didn’t even feel comfortable getting work done there.

Dr. Jennifer Schaumberg and her team were outstanding with my son’s impacted wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Schaumberg’s process is proactive and seamless. My son had minimal pain and swelling, swift healing and his recovery was smooth.
We are grateful for the exceptional care he received and fully recommend Dr. Schaumberg to anyone in need of oral surgery.

If you value integrity and customer service, I strongly advise avoiding this practice. My mother, a senior citizen with health challenges, entrusted Dr. Jennifer Schaumberg and her team to restore her smile. She spent months researching providers to ensure her decision aligned with both her financial situation and expectations of professionalism.
Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. During her consultation, my mother informed the office manager, Penny, that she intended to consult one more dentist before committing. Penny was aggressively persuasive, urging her to proceed with financing through their partner, Cherry financial, to “get started.” Trusting their guidance, my mother moved forward.
After approval, she was offered a higher loan amount than she intended to borrow. She clearly stated to Penny that she wanted to reduce the amount to keep monthly payments manageable and confirmed the scope of work to be covered. Despite this, she was charged over $8,000 for preliminary prep work alone. When it came time for the implants, Penny asked for an additional $5,000.
- Why was treatment initiated without securing full payment for the agreed-upon services?
- Why would anyone knowingly finance only the prep work without a clear plan for completion?
- Where is the accountability for this miscommunication?
Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, we received no follow-up. The lack of response reflects a troubling disregard for customer trust. My mother is now burdened with an $8,000 debt for incomplete work. Dr. Schaumberg has shown no leadership or concern. My mother even went to the office today to attempt some resolution, and she wouldn't even come out after a slight back and forth with Penny could be overheard in the office. We are also owed $1,000 credit which remains unaddressed. When we requested her X-rays to consult another surgeon—who believes she was taken advantage of—we encountered further resistance.
This experience has been unacceptable. The service is disorganized, misleading, and devoid of integrity. We will continue to pursue resolution, and we urge others to proceed with extreme caution.

I'm not even a patient yet, and Penny, who's the desk front/manager, so I was told. Was not the most pleasant person to speak with. She lied about things I knew were true from a previous employee. She was so quick to disregard everything I was saying. Their customer service was horrible. I do not recommend, and this is solely based on my experience with Penny

My experience getting all four of my wisdom teeth pulled was an easy and fast process. The staff had very positive attitudes and were very caring. I definitely felt comfortable and the whole after care process was very informative. My recovery was good and speedy.
